We met Merigan at an open house. After meeting several realtors at open houses, Merigan was the only one who was attentive and focused on what we were saying. We contacted her a few days later to setup a meeting to discuss what we were looking for. During the meeting we knew we made the right decision in enlisting Merigan in our journey to find our home. We had an idea of what neighborhood we wanted to call home, but not being from the area, it was hard to narrow down our search. Merigan helped us in figuring out what we really wanted in a neighborhood. She didn t waste anytime and started sending us homes she found that met our criteria. She gave us her professional and personal opinions when it came to the houses we wanted to see. Even when she was busy with another client, she made sure her team was available to show us a house for the time that best suited us. She was always available to answer questions and if she didn t know the answer, she would get back to me with one. This was our first time purchasing a house, but we felt that with her guidance, Merigan made the process less daunting. We would recommend Merigan and her team to our friends and family.
