Had the worst experience with these crooks! Signed a lease with them back in February 2019. Never again, the were extremely rude about even the application process but I was in need of a place for my son and I and the price was right. They tried charging me for every repair even when some were obviously pre-existing. The ac needed to be replaced and never happened. Lied about a gated community even though the place never fixed the gate and all the amenities were not kept up (so bad they had health code violations). They said not their problem... Then after they sent a notice saying not renewing my lease they were trying to charge me for every small thing. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY. I wanted to work with them so it wouldn t reflect bad on me and they wouldn t do it after basically throwing my son and I out right after I got out of the hospital and Christmas. On top of that for home buyers... I worked for the warranty company they use and left shortly after being hired from said company because they would scam people, wasn t morally right. I lived at the same home for 4 years with no problems then use this company and there was nothing but problems. Take your money elsewhere. Plenty of great quality real estate/property management companies in the area. Also, please keep in mind this is months after my lease has been up. Its the Drawdy Group. Definitely not the only one who feels this way.
