As a Periodontist, my lab requirements are a little different than restorative dentists, but I send all my treatment partials, palatal stents and implant guides to Keller and I have always found their work to be exceptional, their prices fair and reasonable and their customer service to be excellent.
My "temporary" or healing set of dentures are absolutely beautiful. Friends and family have said they look EXACTLY like my original teeth. I am thrilled with the fit and look. This was done only with pictures of my original teeth. I cannot thank them enough for the artistry and effort to make them so beautiful!!!
One Star is too many for this lab. They fabricated a Velpalst removable with HORRIBLE esthetics as well as gaps between the velpalst and tooth structure. They refused to stand by their work saying I was beyond their warranty. I had started conversing with them about the terrible quality immediately and well within their warranty but because I did not pursue replacement until after the warranty period they refused to rectify their substandard work.
Always a pleasure using this lab. 5 stars for quality of work, friendly knowledgeable staff and punctuality.
