I ordered online from Street Toyota and had a great experience. Their parts team was proactive, catching that I had selected the wrong item and guiding me to the right one. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Street Toyota had the parts I needed in stock and shipped them out right away. The packaging was secure, and the delivery was surprisingly fast. Very satisfied with the service.

I bought a radiator and antifreeze from the parts team at Street Toyota in Amarillo, and they were fantastic—super helpful and clearly working hard even with the crowd. But the experience fell apart when I headed through the service bay. Despite having plenty of staff on the floor, not a single person offered to hold the door or give a long-time customer a bit of extra care. They had plenty of time to chat with each other or check their phones, but no one took five seconds to assist.

Shopping at Street Toyota in Amarillo was a great experience. They had the exact part I needed, and it was even better quality than expected. The auto parts team was super clear and helpful when I called to check in, and the price was very reasonable. Fast shipping, too!

Solid service Tech did good job

With a 7:30 am appointment where I came 15 min early and just 3 cars ahead of me it took 1 hr 50 min for an oil change. I specifically asked not to have the board changed: it was changed. Car not washed as a courtesy. All in all poor experience.

Jessica met with us on time, went around the car making notes, told us that the service would start immediately and when finished she would buzz us. After the service, she buzzed us, came to the waiting area and took us to the cashier, explaining the important points of the service and that our runs like a new car! She is friendly and professional and smiling. The waiting area is great and nice people there offering us water, coffee, napkins, cookies, etc.

Anthony at Street Toyota was incredible to work with on buying my BMW X5! I usually do not like dealing with sales people or dealerships but he made me feel at ease through the process. Because of my work hours, he sent pictures and was very communicative and responsive to any questions I had. Once I showed up at the dealership, I was there for only a few hours. That included a test drive, appraisal of my trade and completion of all financial documents. It was smooth as silk. I HIGHLY recommend Anthony!

I think that Derick Broyles work his self into a good spot at Street Toyota because he made me the sweetest deal I had ever gotten in my hole life it really a nice way to get in another pickup of the same year and the same color but with a little up grade at the same time. I love this place! How many times does a salesperson really listen to you and then guide you to a less expensive model because that is what you really need? These folks did that for me. And I trust their service department; they go the extra mile. I highly recommend this dealership. And in 2020, I stand by this after working with them from 2013 with my old 2000 Corolla, to buying a 2014 Corolla to buying a 2020 RAV4. Every person I have met has been courteous and helpful.

I initially went to Street Toyota just to loom around and get prices to see what i was needing to get ready for. Thats the day i met Nick Schuman. This young man was a great salesman. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was interested in. If he didnt know the answer to a question he immediately found out. He treated my wife and my inlaws and myself with great respect. My wife even said she was impressed how nice Nick was and how nice it was he remembered everyones name and made sure everyone was takin care of. There was no pressure what so ever! Nick made our car buying experience so easy and stress free that in 1 weeks time im the proud owner of a brand new Toyota 4runner! This was my first time buying a vehicle from Street. First of all, customer service was fantastic. Tim Cox is AWESOME. I know I can be hard to deal with as a customer, and I can admit that. I dread shopping for vehicles. Tim made the entire process painless, stress free, and enjoulyable. He helped us out every step of the way and continues to do so even after the purchase. I can say, this was one of the only times I have not walked out of a dealership in Amarillo. Tim never pushed the sale on us. He just listened to what we wanted and where we wanted to be at. I never felt like he was taking advantage of us like many places around town. Even after we purchased the used suv "as is", we had a little issue with an engine light, Tim was quick to get the service department to take a look at it and get it taken care of. Karrie in service was so kind and took great care of us as well. Tim has definitely earned my business for years to come, and I would reccomend him and Street Toyota for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

An Exceptional Buying Experience. Period! Madison took my call and seemed genuine, & concerned for MY needs, not the typical: "Let me get your name & number and I'll check on it." garbage. He knew the inventory, knew what was available, and was aware of the specific vehicle I called to inquire about. He sent me a "walk around" video of the vehicle and then sent me a pic of his business card. We had the entire deal wrapped up in no time at all. I have yet to step foot into the dealership! Some have been in the best of times and some have been in difficult times and he's treated me with respect each time and always had my best interests in mind. They offer complimentary beverages while you wait, you're greeted and treated with respect by every employee you encounter and their facility is clean, organized and comfortable to be in. I've had better, but I guess it's not street Toyota's fault. I came to get my radio fixed, I was told that it was a known issue with these radios . But then they had to order parts, even a couple of recalls that Toyota knows about, they have to order parts. So I'm waiting.

Derek Hahn was personable and professional. I called ahead and told them what I was looking for. Derek kept me informed during my 125 mile drive to Amarillo. When I arrived the two 4 Runners that matched my requests were out front ready to go. After a test drive we went inside and very quickly completed the deal. This was the easiest and quickest car buying experience I've ever had and, not only with Derek it continued with the finance department. Easily earned my five star rating.

I arrived at the Street Toyota dealership at around 7:30 pmish, I had previously visited two other dealerships that day. I was hot, tired and a little aggravated by the time I arrived. I had just spent 3 1/2 hours haggling at the last dealership, an hour of which I spent trying to escape, literally. I walked into Street Toyota on a recommendation of a friend. They greeted me at the front desk and offered me a cold drink, which I gladly accepted. I asked to see Greg Smith. They paged him and he promptly arrived and again asked if he could get me a drink or anything to make me comfortable. I really appreciated this as it had been a long day of about 100 degree weather. We talked a few minutes about what I wanted to see and a price range I was willing to work with. He than went and pulled a vehicle around and drove me around the lot looking and visiting about the vehicles we were looking at. We test drove one, went back into his office, he ran some numbers on a used car and a new one. By 9:30, an hour and a half after the dealership officially closed, I drove away in a brand new Toyota Highlander. I was cool and happy. It was the best auto buying experience I have ever had. I left feeling like I got the deal of the day. I will most certainly be bragging about it and returning in 5 years or so to buy again. I will also be sending my friends to see Greg Smith. I personally think he is awesome.

I made an appointment the day before so I didn't have to wait a long time. When I got the report of what had been done and what was recommended I was impressed. I had never had a full service oil change before. They checked everything, topped if needed and written recommendations of needed work and when it should be completed. They even vacuumed my car. The Street Toyota service department is very customer-service oriented. They are honest and give good advice. I might not know cars, but I know people, and these are good guys. No price gouging and quality work are my experience every time. Their drivers rescued me in a pinch when my van's battery gave out yesterday. My husband was out of town and couldn't help. While the Street Toyota drivers took me to and from work and prepared to help me pick up my sons from school, the service department fixed the car and had it ready in time to pick up the boys! Thanks for the rescue. I'm glad Street Toyota is a part of my community.

Everybody there is very nice and they always seem to get things done in a timely fashion,even when their busy. I work a lot and sometimes it's hard for me to get free time to get my oil changed and different things serviced on my vehicle and Street Toyota and their service department is really courteous and they always offered to come and pick up my car and bring it back to me before I get off work , so that's really helpful and I love that.
