After a delayed flight from Bangkok, we wanted to claim compensation from the relevant airline. We have had this done by EUclaim. After having to provide a lot of information (tip: keep everything related to the flight), we received a hefty fee after a long period of 3 months. I can only say that EUclaim has done an excellent job. Without their help, we would never have been able to do this - as a private person, threatening a fine is a lot less impactful. Be sure to involve this party in case of delays. EUclaim, thanks !!

First I tried to get my money back through flight delay, unfortunately they don't want to make an effort and they only take the easy files. Because of this I had to wait 1.5 years for the answer from we can't get it done. At the time I thought I'd try euclaim and they would have it done within 6 months!

This party only sends a standard letter that they have on the shelf. They do not bother for other receipts and other matters. And you end up paying a sloppy 400 euros for that !! Misleading website in which you have to upload all costs and receipts incurred. And believe me, you have a lot with a delay of 31 hours. When they contact us by telephone they say cheerfully, we can arrange a maximum of 600 pp reimbursement for you (so you must hand in 200 pp). You must then submit the other receipts to your travel insurance or to the airline yourself. Sorry but if I had known that I would have collected 600 euros myself. I assumed that a party that would act if the expert had more in house!

For the time being, there is a lot of waiting and little result. As soon as a claim is not paid out immediately, your claim will go to the big pile, and it will take months before they actually process the claim.

I also read less enthusiastic stories but am satisfied with the way in which the EU claim has reclaimed our compensation. Everything neatly communicated via email, always a neat answer and it did not last very long. So as far as I'm concerned, all arranged well and thank you for this!

Very satisfied with EU claim. We have been treated very thoughtfully. Honest and informative. After 1.5 years, we were right and Ryanair paid. Hopefully it's not necessary, but if ..... we will be back. Thank you for the correct handling

Good service, it literally costs you no effort except to send your own information (ID card / passport, flight ticket etc). The fee that EUclaim takes (29%) is a bit on the high side, but it didn't cost me any further effort. Satisfied with the service!

In April we immediately had 4 hours delay at Schiphol and then missed the connecting flight to New Zealand. In short, right at 2 x 600 = 1200 euros. Without a claim agency such as EUclaim, it is practically almost impossible to exercise your right. In our case, the intake was very rigid (a driver's license is not valid proof of identity ...?), But in the end we received 800 euros after deduction of costs and commission of 29%.

Dear people, do not get involved with this party! In addition to the standard letters that they send out, you yourself spend quite some time collecting and sharing all the information yourself.
In the end we received compensation directly from the airline and not through these scammers. Yet we have to pay 29% of the amount that we received back to this party for the services provided. After having made a telephone objection, you will be referred and referred and you will eventually have to send your objection by e-mail. As a compensation, the administration costs of 26 were waived. Well pooh pooh that saves a sip on a drink. The bill still remains 232 because you have not read the countless fine print somewhere. Worthless party that smells like scams. Share as much as possible!

The system worked very well in itself. But it was a pity that I had to contact myself after a few months to hear about my application. The money was in, but my bank account number turned out to be missing. Didn't they have my e-mail address? Made me wonder what would have happened to my money if I hadn't made contact.

After having a horrible 17 hour delay with our fam...

After having a horrible 17 hour delay with our family on holiday, we decided to consult EUclaim to see if we can get reimbursement for part of our journey costs. Aer Lingus did not aknowledge the delay as such, so it took them nearly two years, but we have finally had a positive outcome!

Even though they take a pretty large chunk, I only think it's fair for the professionalism and comfort of having EUclaim handle everything for us. Thanks!

I am very satisfied with the way Euroclaim works. Clear communication, clear conditions and handled quickly. The only thing I had to upload: booking confirmation, original boarding pass and boarding pass of the replacement flight. The costs are high, but good, that is also clearly stated. And also logical as they go to work for you. Ticket price per person was more than 600 euros, reimbursement per person was 400 euros. Very good! A full reimbursement would have been nice of course, but hey, it's not that the destination was not reached niet. Submitted mid-October and already completed and awaiting payment. Thanks for the quick service!

Een hele duidelijke en goede communicatie naar ons toe. Altijd op de hoogte vanwege het dossier. Indien er iets veranderd ook een mail hierover.
Uiteindelijk ook nog eens succesvol afgerond voor ons.

Twee claims ingediend, beide succesvol. Duidelijke communicatie, je wordt goed op de hoogte gehouden van de vorderingen en zeer snelle betaling als de vliegtuigmaatschappij de claim heeft gehonoreerd. Absoluut een aanrader!

Excellent service. Claim received within 6 weeks. Their costs are high (third of the claim), but given that they work on a no cure no pay basis and that legal costs can run high, it is all in all a reasonable price.
