I am very satisfied with the way Euroclaim works. Clear communication, clear conditions and handled quickly. The only thing I had to upload: booking confirmation, original boarding pass and boarding pass of the replacement flight. The costs are high, but good, that is also clearly stated. And also logical as they go to work for you. Ticket price per person was more than 600 euros, reimbursement per person was 400 euros. Very good! A full reimbursement would have been nice of course, but hey, it's not that the destination was not reached niet. Submitted mid-October and already completed and awaiting payment.
