After having a horrible 17 hour delay with our fam...
After having a horrible 17 hour delay with our family on holiday, we decided to consult EUclaim to see if we can get reimbursement for part of our journey costs. Aer Lingus did not aknowledge the delay as such, so it took them nearly two years, but we have finally had a positive outcome!
Even though they take a pretty large chunk, I only think it's fair for the professionalism and comfort of having EUclaim handle everything for us. Thanks!
