After a delayed flight from Bangkok, we wanted to claim compensation from the relevant airline. We have had this done by EUclaim. After having to provide a lot of information (tip: keep everything related to the flight), we received a hefty fee after a long period of 3 months. I can only say that EUclaim has done an excellent job. Without their help, we would never have been able to do this - as a private person, threatening a fine is a lot less impactful.
