I am very happy that I registered with EUclaim B.V. at the time. A very secure and reliable organization. Very good communication, regular updates, completeness, professional and positive result. I can accept EUclaim B.V. recommend to everyone.

Just a good company, ensure that airlines are held...

Just a good company, ensure that airlines are held liable for errors. They helped me with a claim against Easyjet, and although Easyjet was very difficult, we did get the money. An improvement point would be that EUclaum makes it clear earlier how much of the money they will take for Administration costs etc. I would therefore ask in advance how much EUclaim itself claims from the final payment.

Very satisfied with the fast service of EUclaim! Submitted at the end of December 2019, mid-February 2020, received all the money In the meantime kept well informed about the progress, and only had to deliver a few documents. We ourselves had not succeeded (so quickly).

We have deposited our claim with EUclaim and friends of ours with whom we were traveling together directly submitted the same claim to the airline. We have received less reimbursement and are still waiting for our money and have lost 30% commission. Directly the reimbursement was higher, the money was received 2 months earlier and no commission. Next time we do it ourselves. No added value.

I have thought for a long time to write down the entire course of our claim here, but after all there are 2 sides to a story. Given the downright rude communication from this society, that can only lead to a mess. Hence no story, but a dissuasion to work with this society (or anywhere else).

We have been working on our claim since 2017 .... ...

We have been working on our claim since 2017 .... and current status has been summonsed ...
Summons was filed on 08-04-2019 and we are almost a year further and still no change in my status.
All this for a delay of more than 12 hours with boarding place Germany to Amsterdam.
Plus a suitcase from my daughter has been lost by the airline.
Co-passengers have all had their money that directly submitted their claim to the airline and we just wait.
How long do we have to wait ....

I had to wait 15 months for it but now I still receive my compensation. In the meantime, kept well informed by EU claim. Yes it costs something, but doing this process yourself also takes a lot of time and effort and it is probably much less effective.

We have been working since 2018 and are being sent from cupboard to the wall ... how often we now have not had to send proof of ID from all passengers .... last week we got it back because a signature was not right in a box ...
All this due to a delay of more than 24 hours with boarding point Germany onee turned Eindhoven ... why do they bother ... if we are still busy with the signatures after 13 months

Het duurde 4 jaren voordat onze claim werd gehonoreerd. EU claim bracht ons bij iedere stap en iedere reactie keurig op de hoogte. Het informatiesysteem werkt uitstekend. Zelf hadden we deze claim nooit kunnen afhandelen.

I have experienced the EU claim as adequate. From the start a quick response about the feasibility of the claim. Furthermore, kept well informed about the state of affairs. I also spoke on the telephone in a pleasant way. I have noticed two things. I first tried to claim from the airline itself, which failed. EU claim, on the other hand, did it quickly. How is that possible? Secondly, I think the EU claim committee is very high: one third of the claim that has been granted.

They handled everything very nicely and the money was there within the time limit. We only found out afterwards that they withhold administration costs and 29%. If that had been stated more clearly in advance, I would have tried it myself for that money. It may be listed somewhere on the site, but it would have been nicer if it weren't "fine print."

It's so time consuming and difficult to claim back...

It's so time consuming and difficult to claim back your legally entitled delay refund from airlines. This service makes it clear and ensures you can see the status as the claim is progressing. The service costs are quite high, (from a 250 refund, I received only 150), however, in my mind it's better than nothing, as I would have probably given up trying to claim back from Easyjet myself.

Have now been waiting for over 9 months until they have completed the case. They had accidentally sent 6 reminders to the relevant airline RAM and still they have not done anything and are just not responding !!! And after the count they say; we pass it on to the legal department ?! Wth? !! I absolutely do not recommend them provided you are very patient and can wait 1 year or more !!!!

Unfortunately a very bad experience with EU claim....

Unfortunately a very bad experience with EU claim. This organization has been processing your claim for months while another organization is resolving it within a few weeks. If you do not agree with a part of their process, you will be sent a high fine (in my case 220 euros) a year after submitting your question. So people pay attention with the fine print and snags with EU claim.
Moreover, I find the aggressive and intrusive approach by mail (of Ms. Hedy Elting) highly unprofessional.

EUclaim B.V. offers great service. From the submission of the claim up to and including the payment of the granted claim I was d.m.v. emails kept perfectly informed about the progress of the submitted claim. EUclaim is very transparent about the costs associated with mediation. The only downside is: the mediation costs are quite high, paying 303 with an awarded claim of 500! Furthermore, nothing but praise for the handling of the submitted claim.

I myself forgot about the 1-day delay that EasyJet produced more than once during the 5 years it took EasyJet to respond and comply. All praise to EUclaim for continuing to believe and fight. Greedy and self centred airliners can get away with their failing products and shameful service without companies like EUclaim. After 5 years I finally received my rightful claim despite numerous evading actions from EasyJet and thanks to solid work of EUclaim.

Positive end result with payment of a fee. I do get the feeling that there is a hand clap with the airline: in exchange for acceptance of the claim by the airline, a lower amount is claimed than is possible. In this way, all parties gain something, but it is no longer the maximum defense of the interest of the traveler.

Almost a year ago I made a claim for my grandmother and grandfather. In the beginning, the EU claim was acting fairly quickly and I received interim updates, but since the beginning of this year the claim procedure seems to have come to a standstill. In the meantime, I have asked about the status of the claim several times in half a year and have received the same "template" response every time, namely that the EU claim is considering initiating legal proceedings. It is bizarre that a success fee of more than 30% is withheld for poorly performing highly standardized work.

We have been adequately assisted by the EU claim, have taken more than two years to claim with the Emirates, but they have persisted with the final result that payment has been made. We were informed by e-mail about the status of the claim. When we contacted us we were kindly assisted. So we are happy, we ourselves had never succeeded.

Foolish, absolutely avoidable.
We filed a claim in October 2017 (yes, 2017). First endless nagging about documents and authorizations, where we still had to explain to the stupid ones that we were exactly entitled to, and then hadn't heard anything for a year. If someone from EUclaim is reading, our file number is 176048.
We have had it completely with EUclaim. Choose another, you can't do worse than this.

If I could give 0 stars I would give 0. I travel a lot and love and have never had such a bad experience with a travel-related organization. This organization says that they will find out for free whether you are entitled to compensation for your delayed flight, they can not solve it themselves and send a invoice for the work performed of 217.5 a year after the application. They position themselves as "it's all about the passenger", but they do anything but that. So look for another party if you have flight problems and stay away from Eu Claim as much as possible. Otherwise you will face hidden costs.

Onze claim is prima verwerkt door EUclaim. Je moet even geduld hebben maar het komt goed. De communicatie is tussentijds prima. Vragen beantwoorden ze vaak binnen een dag. Zo hebben we toch gekregen waar we recht op hadden.

It took a while before the money was received and a significant percentage (20%) is withheld, but for anyone who wants to put little or no effort into claiming costs, this is an ideal solution.

Without the help of EUClaim, we would have given up long ago to get compensation for our last minute canceled flight from EasyJet. We ended up having to wait 13 months for it, but are happy that we brought them in.

Thanks to the excellent work and perseverance of the employees of EU claim, we received our compensation after almost three years. I had not managed this myself, there had to be legal proceedings. Thanks to the employees of EU claim! They had to do a lot of work for a modest fee. They work on a no cure no pay basis. In short: very satisfied

Where airlines send you from pillar to post, so that you eventually give up for a justified claim, EUclaim puts its teeth into the case like a pit bull. They really go to great lengths to make the right and therefore the right amount of money prevail. Communication is also very clear and correct. A file is neatly created. Everything very transparent. I recommend this company to everyone!

We received our claim in full. It took a while, but EU Claim kept us well informed in the meantime! And more importantly still listened to us instead of the other party. That eventually resulted in a legal process and ultimately a full refund ..! Super nice!

EUclaim helped us getting a refund from Easyjet.
Easyjet tries to frustrate you that you stop with your claim. EUclaim is used to this and is persistent in getting the claim. They have an easy to use platform and keep you posted along the ride.

Great service! We have got our money back. Thanks guys.

EuClaim Netherlands eventually resolved my case after not less 4 years. No satisfying communication on why it took so long. Also, they keep the entire legal interest accumulated over this time (approx. 90 Euro on a 250 Euro compensation) for themselves. This equals a hidden fee that is not transparently communicated on their website. Other companies forward the interest to the customer. Would not use again.

I have also been waiting for a year, and unfortunately still no progress, I do not know why it should all take so long. The airline in question simply does not respond, in my opinion it is because there is no pressure put on it. Very unfortunate that it should take so long, it is about 6 people in total.

It may have taken a while, but now the message that the company concerned will pay out. It had to take a long time, but still happy that it will be solved now. Plus / minus wait 10 weeks and then the amount will have to be in my account.

The 2 of us had a 5 hour delay in 2015 on a short flight from Budapest to Eindhoven. First we claim from society, but they came up with excuses about a power failure at the airport.
After that, only EUclaim deployed. After almost 2 years of litigation they succeeded. We got back 303 euros (out of the 500 euros we were entitled to) and that is a nice amount, given the difficulty of this case. I never succeeded.
First try it yourself for the full amount at the company, but if that doesn't work you can make a good second attempt with EUclaim.

Very bad experience with it! I do not recommend this to anyone! They charge absurd amounts ( 197) for their alleged services that did NOT matter to me. This is only mentioned in the small letters that they push you under your nose afterwards. You better tell your own story to the airline you flew with and ask for a compensation, this is once so easy without so much misery and costs afterwards!

I've used this service twice now, and I would not recommend it.

In October 2015 a flight got cancelled, I went to euclaim the same day. It took dozens of interactions and mails, but 4 years later (October 2019) I finally got 160 euros back.

Hoping that it was just a fluke, I had another cancelled flight in October 2018 and decided to use the same service. Again, numerous mails and interactions have happened and now I need to physically mail a signed document. I currently live on the other side of the world, in India. I have submitted the signed form digitally with an explanation, hoping they would understand and print it. Unfortunately I still need to physically mail the document. To cancel the whole ordeal has costed me 98 euros.

This service is slow to get your money back, slow in communication, requires you to physically mail documents and charges a substantial amount when you get your money and when you cancel. Would not recommend.

Currently most airlines have improved their refund policies due to pressure from the EU. Check with your airline before using EUclaim.

2 years ago I was treated horribly by Baltci Air and missed a flight, for which they would not accept any liability. The tenacity of EUclaim eventually turned out to be successful. I can recommend everyone not to muddle yourself with all the frustrations involved, but to get justice via EUclaim. Really Top!

Het claimproces heeft 2 jaren geduurd.

Op persoonlijke titel was het nooit gelukt om het uiteindelijke resultaat te bereiken omdat Ryanair tot de laatste snik weigerde om zijn verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. De kosten bedragen ca 30 % van de opbrengst van de claim maar dat is, in het licht van alle genomen acties van EUclaim, alleszins acceptabel.
Het is alleen erg jammer dat die boeven van Ryanair altijd maar ongestraft hun gang kunnen gaan.
Nogmaals dank aan EUclaim voor de enorme doelgerichte inzet.

Excellent communication and if something is not clear, we will respond quickly by email or telephone. It also took a while to finalize a case, but that is probably the reason that the counterparty did not respond quickly!

EUclaim did a lot of work for us to get money back...

EUclaim did a lot of work for us to get money back from the airline. We had a 24 hour delay with our airline. The airline refuesed to pay us anything. After contacting EUclaim, we gave them all the details and then we didn't have to do anything anymore. Our case went to court and even then the airline refused to pay. It took all toghter 1 year and 9 months to receive some money. EU claim kept us up-to-date about all the developments about the case.
