I have experienced the EU claim as adequate. From the start a quick response about the feasibility of the claim. Furthermore, kept well informed about the state of affairs. I also spoke on the telephone in a pleasant way. I have noticed two things. I first tried to claim from the airline itself, which failed. EU claim, on the other hand, did it quickly. How is that possible? Secondly, I think the EU claim committee is very high: one third of the claim that has been granted.
