I cannot fathom how this company has any positive reviews, the only explanation that I can come up with is that the reviewers are family or friends. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them. It takes 3-4 e-mails to get a response on even simple questions. My request to paint my house wasn't posted for board approval until 30 days after sending it in, even with two reminders being sent to the Manager. It wasn't until I reached out to the board and asked about the progress that they asked her about it and realized that she never took the time to post it. After we finally got approval, I noticed late fees on my statement. I have automatic payment setup and it has been coming out with no problem then in January I was inexplicably getting charged fees. I reached out to my Manager 3 times to no avail. I then contacted Cathy, the CEO, who also didn't write back. I called Client Services 3 times with no response. I finally got a response to an e-mail from Client Services where they said they would waive half of the late fees as it was already paid when the fees were charged. They never did. They also said the manager would have to waive the other fees. She never did. I finally just paid all of the fees. It was hard to do because the last thing that I want to do is give this company more money, but the time is not worth spending fighting with them. I have spoken to several members of the board who are just as frustrated with them as I am. Good luck getting a response on anything. I do not know what they do all day, they certainly do not act as an HOA.
Worked with Candice Jackson at KC & Associates to get paperwork for my homeowners insurance. She was very helpful and responsive. I have enjoyed working with Candice.
I actually had a chance to work at this place. It was wonderful besides the reason I left which was because of 2 people that probably shouldn't be there. The owner Kathy was very open and ran a smooth ship. Best workplace I've had minus those two people. She [Kathy]accommodates to make everything better, wonderful lady. Its does make me a little sad the rating has dropped a whole star since I've been gone.
I live here now and totally get why this HOA has such terrible reviews. There lack of responsive on even the most menial requests is mind blowing, especially when you see how much your board is paying for their "service".
Calling them incompetent is an insult to all the rubbish service providers . All they do is suck up to the HOA Bd they represent at the expense of other homeowners. Stay away from this company, there are so many better value HOA mgrs.
Samuel Marquez has always been so helpful, patient and answered all my questions after I bought my condo. I am new to the HOA stuff and he has been GREAT!!!

I don t appreciate the painting company dumping their paint in my rocks next to my patio nor using my hose and breaking the nozzle or using my water! Mind you we pay for our own water! During a PANDEMIC no one should be using anything on my property! 316 dollars a month for this service? Once did we have snow removal last winter, I am starting to wonder where all the money goes? No landscaping has been done In years! That s more than some people s car payments! I am still waiting on a phone call or email response but looks like this might be the fastest way to get ahold of you. I will be stopping by your office and I hope I am treated with respect unlike other reviews have stated!
I was impressed with Kellie's cheerfulness, enthusiasm and forethought to my issue. Favorable comments have been overheard regarding her sincerity, willingness to do an outstanding job, as well as, her attitude of transparency. Kellie Cole is a refreshing change.
