I just got my first mask from these guys! If I did the math right, I apparently will be getting the mask earlier than the time they said it would take to get ready! Also, they have great customer service!

Absolute rubbish service

Ripped me off I am now out of pocket for Credit card fees $100

Placed an order then 3days later they refunded without notice because:

1) their website allowed me to use my credit card as a first time order instead of PayPal
2) their website quoted the wrong international postage price

Then make some rubbish excuse that they have a note about it on their Facebook page like they except new customers to sift through 7years of posts to find their problem.

Then they claim the website issue is because of covod even though they admit the issue is a pre-covid issue.
They claim they cannot fix it on their website because of covid

Lol, wut? Web design is one of the industries that has grown in covid era because it can operate remotely!!! What a joke

Most companies would take that on the chin, honor the order and make adjustments for the next guy

I just met some people from this company and they are great. I visited the website and it is leaving me speechless. I was amazed just from the home page. I scrolled further and the masks are detailed, colors perfectly chosen and each mask looks like it has a story to tell. I'm seriously planning on making an excuse to purchase one even if it isn't in my budget, lol.
