My experience was decent. My complaint was resolved very quickly! However, I was called by someone in the BBB office on 5/21 while I was at work. I answered, and a woman began asking questions about my complaint. I told her I couldn t talk, and she did not seem to care and continue her questions. I again had to say I couldn t talk because I was working. She has a very rude tone with her response. I did have to hang up on her. I wish she would have stopped when I said I couldn t speak the first time and just said okay we ll call back later . Other than that, my experience was good.
Very impressed. I've been dealing with an issue with a financial corporation for 3 years, to no avail. BBB passed on my complaint and the issue was resolved very quickly. Amazing what 'clout' BBB carries to a lot of businesses. Thanks BBB.
Took care of my problems in a timely manner. If I have issues with companies in the future, this is where I will go to first.
Don't bother filing a complaint, you'll just be wasting your time. My case was closed by the BBB Roanoke, VA, and I was told by their representative during a phone conversation that they really can't do anything since they are a non-profit, private entity. "While we regret we are unable to reach your desired resolution, the business has provided BBB with its position." The business lied and I told the representative I spoke with as much during a phone conversation as well as in writing. "This matter is now closed with BBB files and will appear in the company's BBB Business Reviews...". So the BBB is just like Yelp and Google reviews. How disappointing.
Don't bother replying BBB as the dispute has been satisfied without your assistance.

The reply was prompt, the investigation got underway quickly, and got quick action from the complainee [sic]. I've received a phone call today from the regional manager of the company involved in the dispute. I gave him the details and was told he would contact me in 2 days after coming onsite to investigate. Great Work BBB! Thanks!
