Very poor service waiters are without uniform serving without hand covers.totally not satisfied.

We were very satisfied here a few years ago. But today (August 2018) it is unbearable here. The rooms are run down and not cleaned. A room smelled of gasoline. There were bloodstains on the bed and the sofa. The toilet and the shower completely "dirty". The shower does not work and we had to shower with bucket and measuring cup. Table, plates and cutlery at breakfast greasy or not cleaned properly. The hotel service is miserable. Moved to another hotel after the first night.

Hotel exterior and interior are very nice. But not that kind of star look.
Toilet areas in the banquet halls are not upto the range. Need some new equipment to suit for the hotel ambitious.

Good building infrastructure with all facilities and all ranges of rooms available and good food also.

Yummy Buffet at a rock bottom price. Must try place !!

attended for ielts exam and its quite a big hotel. it had an underground banquet halls and one of them is where the ielts was conducted.

The hotel is not so great .not muck chanel's on the TV works in front of us guest left we had to change the room twice

Not well maintained. Saw rat roaming around the room, best location but waste of time and money. Poor service quality.

Rubbish hotel, i booked 3 nights for my parents . The hotel looks cozy. However, the ac is not functioning, toilets were not clean. Pleae dont waste ur money

Useless, ruthless, unplanned, unorganized, unprofessional, irresponsible management and service. Only the restaurant part, food is ok thats why given 2 stars. Rooms, room maintenance, room service, washrooms are horrible. After such hefty charges their lifts doesnt work, no wifi. No lights in lobby pitch dark 24hrs had to use flash light from mobiles. Also very bad service from their decorating partners whom they have and we were forced to use either of the vendors. Literally the whole team from the ground level till the management need to get trained on hospitality industry or the change of team is definetly required. We all had pathetic and disastrous experiences and all our family lost reputation bcoz of these people and had to face consequences infront of our friends and relatives.

I sincerely request whom so ever planning any occassion here, kindly look out other hotel options better do not plan here.

Good Hotel for it's price. Staff is v.friendly and ambience is good. But room needs a hell lot of maintenance n they won't bother to entertain if you complain about same.

Horrible hotel under maintenance and such disgusting and non hygenic hotel to be ...even the manager in charge a lady was very arrogant and didnt shift the room ..they dont serve coffee , its water

I went to katriya hotel and towers for attending my father's frnds fo a long time they food is so dirty like noodles have sponges in it it is waste of money for going there.. So my suggestion is good that no one should visit there vokay

Look at the iron rods, which have come out, which are major concern for the cars and people around near the entrance

Definitely the banquet area is good. It is specious. It can accommodate a gathering of 1000 as well. The hotel has got good and clean rooms. When it comes to food, I can rate it only 2.9/5

Rooms are spacious and appear very attractive but once you enter the washroom and use it for once, you'll come out of the bubble.. A few hour visit, for example a dine in, is good enough but for lodging look for better options

Decent hotels. The ambience is good with location almost in the centre of the city. The place itself is calm where it has been built and the star look it gives is truly appreciable.

Looks like top class hotel but the maintenance is worst and mainly AC doesn't work at all at each and every point. I recommend you not to choose this one.

Staff in this useless hotel are hopeless..
Especially Mrs. Lakshmi, who takes care of banquet hall booking, will promise you about the food quality without any second thought..., Thats because,after promising and making you pay the advance for the hall, this so called professional person will go on leave till the date of the event, leaving behind the office phone with an acting manager, who will not bother to listen to ur requirements...!!!!
N finally, they will make sure u n ur guests are served yuckiest food possible on the day of ur event!!!!
Please please don't opt this place at any cost!!!!

Worst service ever i seen.. and the all staff are doing their own funny things.. even wasroom are not neatness and bedroom is very uncomfortable.. and first time see the reception staff are saying tge word NO.. when we ask some queries they said No.. they don't know how to behave to a guest.. please.. don't service like this.. only i like the bell desk

While entered the hotel there is a fountain inside the hotel is awesome with the sandlayer above it make's the great entering view to the hotel and interior was also looking good.

Very bad service. The interiors look like they haven't been maintained for over 10 years. The fittings have accumulated rust. Room service doesn't pick up calls, service is incredibly tardy. Pick an oyo rooms over this anyday.
