Wow hotel to stay on business and with family, affordable pricing, Good food

As I am Hyderabad I want to enjoy food. So, we all of us went to Katriya hotel last weekend with friends, really we had fun & good time, enjoyed the food at Kuchipudi restaurant.

Nice place to stay and organise meeting and parties

Air conditioning is not good and also service is slow.

Very poor. Never come across such bad experience of stay. Poor house keeping, hygienic and staff. No coordination between reception and banquet team. Online providers don't recommend such hotel

A place where u will never get a "NO" for accommodation.

Luxurious.. Huge parking lot.. Amazing arts at d walls.. Super place

No room service available. Telephones given in the rooms are just for show they does not work at all. There is smart key facility but it doesn't works. You have to go to the reception every time to open your door lock. Bathrooms are too small and no place to stand and take shower. You will be forced to use the bath tub even if you dont want to. Hot water comes very late after starting. No drinking water facility. You will be provided only 1 bottle(500ml) of packaged water for a day (complementary), the rest amount of water you consume will be charged. Dont go by the looks of this hotel t inly have a very well decorated lobby. Dont expect any views from hotel rooms. I will never recommend this hotel to any one. Had a very bad experience.

Room Service and cleaning is very poor. Requested for clean towels. No body listened. One saying call at no 4 and saying call at no 5. I am not recommending at this cost.

Function hall is good. Food maintenance is not good.

I complained about the hotel to make my trip
First time they told me they will resolve my problem in 60 mins after 60 min when they didn't do any action then I call them for second time then they ask me 60 min I give them the time but again they did not do anything and 3rd time when I call him they said me that they will try to contact reception but reception did not pick up his phone at last mmt said me to give the phone to the receptionist then I got very angry I told him that I want no help from you.
Then I go reception for ordering food because In my room there is no intercom(but it is promised by mmt) the receptionist asked and shouted at me that why i complained about then in mmt.then I told him that I told my room problem several times to the hotel manager but they did not give me any positive reply.
It is a biggest by Make my trip with me

3 star for 3 star hotel
Bit old hotel hence the maintenance went down.
The flooring and walls looks faded and totally it requires a re-touch.
Went to a marriage function
Car parking space is decent and valet facility available
Lobby is big with central fountain
But there is no central ac at lobby, sweating and suffocated in summer times
Food was good.
As it was marriage function I could not rate the quality and quantity provided at the restaurant.

A place getting detoriated day by day. No professional service. May be, they are planning for some other real estate activity

Awesome interior, but the service they need to improve. Rooms are comfortable and nice. Bathroom is not that good. But the food are good.

One of the hotels , which have a banquet hall with a large capacity up to 600 members. But only the problem is 4 pillars in the middle. They prevent visibility of audience at back rows.

Very Lazy staff..not know how to provide Good Hospitality,Room was not cleaned properly,very poor..not worth staying and i wish all not to try this hotel...afterwards its up to you!!!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Please don't check in. Your value for money is completely zero here. Having ac in the room is just a dream during my 4 days stay. No hot water. No immediate housekeeping response. And at the end they don't refund even if cops and media interfere..

I booked room at rate of rs 1100 for one night and room was very good.

Dinner buffet pathetic. Very unhygenic . We have seen cockroaches on curd nd in glasses... yuckk

While entered the hotel there is a fountain inside the hotel is awesome with the sandlayer above it make's the great entering view to the hotel and interior was also looking good.

Worst hotel, the staff dont know how to treat the customers. Better to avoid this. It spoiled my vacation. Couldn't give less than a star.

Useless hotel.. way past its prime.. needs desperate renovation and upgrades.. never ever going back again.. also would recommend people to stay away from the place even though they may lure you with discounts.... Needs serious attention from the management and also an over haul.. very poor... If the management can't maintain it ... Please sell it!! Don't con people with old photos of the good days the joint has seen..

Food was not so good and the rooms were not well maintained,the water gets clogged up.....I don't how did they gave a 4star rating to this hotel

Receptopists and managers near the main entrance do not respond properly.
