Has not been very good.toilets are in a very bad shape.breakfast is good.service is poor.A.c also not working well.overall very bad experience.

One the worst hotel I've ever seen in my life.. I wasn't well couldn't even walk properly... wanted a checki before time and they didn't allowed knowing that i already had a room in the hotel... i just want one of my own family member to join because I wasn't well and they didn't allowed... I'm never gonna recommend this hotel to anyone because they are just not ready to understand the problem...like a really genuine problems..

Amazing hotel experience - have been here for a kids bday party. Ideal place to celebrate such occasions.

Excellent rooms, Affordable prices overall a great stay.. But I am deducting one star coz they didn't woke me up for breakfast... Otherwise it was a wonderful stay

Just returned today after a 3 night stay. Go ahead and book this hotel if you feel like buying headache and hypertension. Rooms are cleaned only if you point out and are lucky. No hot water. If you report, the maintenance guy performs a disappearing act. No Internet. Apparently there was some problem and IT guy did not show up for 3 days to fix it. The tea cup that I got after housekeeping job had lipstick marks. Dirty linen, the shower throws water from at least ten other places apart from the shower pout. They cannot even keep a proper bread slice toaster in the coffee shop, what can you expect from them?

I had the worst experience ever. Dont go by the pictures online. Itsa very bad hotel. The corrisdors and room smell pungent. The room lights are dull. The in room phone is not working for most of the rooms. I had to down to reception to order food and every small thing. The staff is very carefree. My stay was as unpleasant as it can get.

Sorry to say that this is beyond repair.

do not book here if you can avoid it.

Moldy room, ac works well, not highly modernized.

The hall ways are dim or completely dark...no functionally lights. Emergency exit is not properly done to code. For a place that has many flammable infra, it's sad that the fire exit is not good.

Only saving grace..the rooms that hold meetings etc are okay. A/c in those rooms is crappy.

Worst buffets ever seen.its occupancy is around 100 but they wl serve the quantity sufficient for just 10 people.had to fight wit them even.reckless staff

pathetic service, bathrooms were untidy, no hot water, mosquitoes in the room, my 8 month old son got mosquito bite, not worth the money.

Its the worst hotel anyone can get into. The service and the food is pathetic. The management is extremely poor.

Very very bad experience.

The room was full of dust.
Inspite of complaining it was not cleaned properly.
This property is old. Damp walls. Cement / paint peeling off. Bad / damp smell in corridor.

Poor ventilation in room. Poor lighting in room. Lots of dust on the lamps shades.

AC smells. Shower curtain was dirty. Toilet seat not clean. No exhaust in toilet. No water-gun.
Wardrobe smells and not cleaned.
Room curtains dusty. Sofa set dusty and old-damp smell.

Mattress was old / damp smell.

Enough for now....

Staffs are not at all professional, Corridors are stinky. Bathrooms are not maintained.I changed 2 rooms due to various issues like problem with lock etc. Highly disappointed.

Quite shabby rooms. Bathrooms are a disgrace. They really don't deserve to be in the hospitality industry.

I love katriya hotel because I visited this place when I was wrote the IELTS test but this hotel is unpredictable and such a aww full experience , parking and swimming pool is very nice inside hotel very hygiene and very pleasant smell

It's in hyderabad which is famous for Biryani but i never ate such a worst biryani in Hyderabad

People giving 4 or 5 stars I can guarantee have not stayed there. They might have seen the banquet halls and ground floor and might only had food.
Well except these, do NOT expect anything good. Room service is pathetic. Out of two lifts they have for a few hundred rooms or so, one lift works at a time. That too is used as service lift as well. There is NO stairs, so no fire exit or any possibility of using stairs if lift is delayed (which is very very common). Even to get water at your room once, you may have to get down to reception a few time personally only then your request may be honoured. This hotel is popular for bookings for party and functions. Do NOT make mistake to book it for you stay. You will regret it, that I can guarantee. I am giving it two stars only due to its location and food.

Good hotel. Good food.and there are halls available for the conducting the seminars at somewhat affordable pricing.

This is a pathetic hotel where even basic service standards such as offering water to guests on arrival are not observed. The reception phone remains unanswered. Rooms smell musty. Bathrooms are dirty. Furnishings are rundown, dirty and torn. Complete waste of money. Should be avoided at all costs.

Big hotel and nice hotel. Rooms are good but no maintainance. Damps in the wall, no exhaust in toilet. Very bad smell in passage area due to damp.

Everything was great But air conditioning can be alot better

wrost hotel in hyderabad. bad staff. bad food. its wont come under star category.lodge is beter then this.
