Overall ambience... Maintainance was good... But security is not very attentive or responsible

Been once food quality was above average but service was poor. Costumers were yelling at the management

You people are unfit for the business.

Guys,
It was my marriage, these @@**## people took my bookings and on the day of my marriage there were no rooms provided to us,
And we had to wait for 5 long hours.

And they were saying once the rooms are vacated we will provide you.

Man what kind of business you run???

We stayed here just a day. Terrible experience right from check in to the one night stay. We reached the hotel around 7 pm though check in time was 12 noon. They made us stand for 1 hour before giving us a room. We had to literally stand outside the room for the housekeeping to come out. Cockroaches all over the room, bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty. No bin in the room or bathroom. No coffee, sugar or milk satchets. Had to go hunting early morning to the house keeping room to get them as no one responded to our calls. Calls were made to the hotel number using our mobile as the intercom was dead. Worst of all, the entire corridor carpet on the second floor was drenched in water due to a serious leak in some water pipe. But of course their Boss was all apologetic and we felt bad for all the irritation we poured out on him.

Nice room to stay , in the middle of city near all commercial hub. Food is ok

Hotel ambience is good.
No AC working in the Hotel. Food is below average. Service is not upto the mark.

Property is good but staff & services very worst experience with them ... if in google rating in - we give -10 no body care about the guest...

Looked like an abandoned 4-star hotel salvaged by passers by. No professionalism in housekeeping, reception, food, nothing.

A decent place for a family lunch/dinner. Good ambience.

Old hotel. Taps and electrical fittings are old. AC cooling was also poor. But have a good buffet restaurant. It's economical also.

A very nice place, the interiors are great. It's calm & relaxing inside. The restaurant is good too. Lawn parties are nice.

Unfortunately we had bitter experience. I personally felt others who are staying felt inconvenient. I went to the bell desk to complaint where in I found another customer doing the same.

Overall a disappointing experience.

Worst maintenance....
No room service at all... Phones are not working to call reception or restaurant..
Even after booking the room online (check in time 2pm and I was there at 7pm) waited 2hours to check in....

It has worst service you can get. Nothing works her. And staff service is damn slow.

I was staying at Katriya Hotels told them it s my wedding anniversary and asked them to make a double occupancy as my wife is joining today, they have made this arrangement along with a cake, we are very happy... thank you Katriya and team we enjoyed.
Above all... The hotel is worth every single penny you spend. I believe they are charging less for the services they provide.
It was an amazing experience for me and my family for staying at Katriya Hotel.

Old Govt. Office Vibe. Really amused if it still functions. Decent place for decent pricing. Once upon a time, was a pride to just a party here.

Food is good but banquet halls are not maintained properly.

If you are looking for a fine dining restaurant with nice A/C atmosphere and quality food then this is not the right place for you.

Outer look is great but rooms are not upgraded, staff is not friendly, telephone service and dish tv not working. They didn't get it fixed even i asked them numerous times. Overall not a good experience.

Competitive Price at Prime location. Don't expect Good service.

It's restaurant is average. The quantity of food offered at that price range is noticeably less. There biryani is good but again such a small portion size that it is not enough for even one person.

Hotel staff is main problem. You need to tell them again again for the service and they don't have patience and manner how to talk with the customers. They just miss behave with the customers and in photos they showed the Gym facility but it is not according to it. When I visited the swimming pool was also empty and staff didn't responded. All the room facilities were good. They provide all the accessories that is required in the room. Room is also clean and neat but the service provided by them is not that convincing. Pool and Gym is not in good condition

Untidy rooms ,broken closest .Rooms which are under renovation are rented out .
Miserable experience ...

Good Stay, but needs improvement in maintenance

Greetings!
We stayed there for 3 nights for the Hyderabad visit. The ambiance at the lounge and the restaurant was excellent. The reception office needs improvement in the service. My luggage was unattended and was not delivered at the room. I had to go myself to the reception and the get the luggage to the room. The house keeping was excellent, but every night when we return back, the access card to the room will not work. We have to go downstairs at the reception to re-activate it. A 15 minutes job to re-activate and this process is very hectic, when we all are tired. Also the corridor carpet to the room was stinky and smelly. The room interior is good, but not maintained properly ( broken toilet shower, partially closing toilet door etc). The restaurant breakfast was excellent and staff was very caring. But very afraid for the reviews of the rudeness of front office, but managed to make them cool for 2-3 incidents at the stay. Overall satisfactory stay at Hyderabad. Thanks.

Worst hotel we have ever experienced.. Dirty rooms, pathetic response from management..
These idiots give uncleaned rooms and they say will give you another room.. which takes 2 hours to get new room which is again worst than first one..
