Badly maintained, bad room service(did not have the courtesy to supply some extra plates) The only upside was the housekeeping staff who were trying their best to help.

I've visited katriya hotel to attend Ielts examination. The hotel is quite impressive. I haven't tasted good there.

Clean and spacious hotel for all needs. Excellent Veterinarian food with good service. Suitable for all Party/ Meetings requirements.Maintains 4star rating all the way in service.

I attended my colleague s daughter birthday party at Katriya Hotel & Towers s Kshetra banquet hall. Party ambience and maintenance was awesome. Credit goes to Katriya Hotel and their staff. Entrance and lobby are excellent and decorated in a surprising manner. Banquet hall decoration, AC, service from staff is good. Only thing to consider is that staff responded little bit late. Otherwise, the party is really rocking.

Katriya is a fantastic place to stay there with affordable cost. Hospitality is good, ambiance also too good. Food is ok. Not bad.

Dont even consider this as hotel - am writing review as am struggling trying to adjust here. Whoever has given any good review here must be the hotel guys - don t trust them.

- staff have no clue what and why they are in the hotel
- took me 4 hours to checkin
- first room was stinking and unlivable
- we moved back to reception sofa - while hotel guys looked for alternate room for around 2 hours
- got new room - door key did not work and we waited for 45 mins while the staff kept on trying with multiple keys
- finally door opened and we moved in
- bathroom fittings were dirty
- flush not working - took 1 hours to acknowledge the problem

While i was stuck on the reception i heard many people complaining about getting stuck in the room for an hour as door was not opening

Again I say - don t even consider this a hotel if ur coming to hyd..!

I had the worst stay here. The AC doesn't work. There are constant power cuts for almost 30 mins, the staff members are least cooperative. Just the food here is great.

The worst thing that one can experience is by staying at this hotel awful hotel by all means possible never stay at this ahit place

We attended a marriage function here. This one is a old hotel. The halls we're good and spacious. They were serving Ice cream with a spoon rather than a scoop which was funny.

I doubt if they switched on ac during my stay, no ac and no fan in room. U get this hotel at a price of 1500-2000. This hotel is worth only for its location. Food/service is ok.

Not worth the price. Only the entrance looks good. Room quality is of a guest house. Bad toilets. Lousy staff at reception.

A pathetic and worst service. AC not working properly and intercom facility also not working. Requested for dental kit which took 30 minutes after 3 reminders. Not at all worth to stay for the price.Not even worth to provide rating.

charged 2 to 3 K (INR) per room/night but at the facility of a grand hotel. Signs of old building showing, however it still retains the grand hotel charm n land space area. Excellent chefs on all dish, reasonably priced. However no bar available. Stayed for 2 nights.

The hotel was ok not live up to his expectation. All the restaurants having a great food over there but washrooms are the killer they are so smelly and unclean

It was worst possible hotel that I have ever stayed in. Even Oyo has better places than this.
-Old non-maintained room.
-Blanket cover in my room was worn out.
- AC was not working. It was just switched on and blowing air, but not cooling. And there was no fan in the room.
-The in-house phone in the room doesn't work. So good luck calling reception for any assistance.
- I called the hotel reception from my mobile and told them about the issues. They promised for someone to attend my problems, but no one came.
- Useless, good for nothing staff.
- There was strange, sewer kind of odor in the passage on my floor and it creep in room as well, at night.
-Bathtub is vintage, worn out.
-The battery in the TV remote was so old that it was powdering up. Needless to say, it was useless.
-Breakfast coupon says that breakfast starts at 7.00 but it actually starts at 7.30am. So missed my breakfast as well.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

The service standards are average. They did help me with an early check-in but rest of things are just about okay.

I have never seen this type of hotel. Worst maintenance and waste of money. Please avoid this hotel, choose another one.

It has very big banquet halls for conferences which can accommodate about 200 to 300 members. And it's good

I went to this hotel to take my English proficiency test. The structure and facilities need to be renovated.

Good 4 star hotel.all staf is good behave with evry one.parking place is large .swinming pool also here

Not maintained. There were problems with power supply and it was tripping every few minutes. Bathrooms and not maintained. Breakfast was just OK.

Actually it should have no stars very bad service. Lacking man power food also not up to the mark I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Can be 5 star hotel if owners take few steps.. But as of now.. Value for what u pay
