The location is a great asset. Right in the middle if the city nearby to many must see places.
The sad part is that the rooms are not clean, broken things in the wash room, smell all around inside the hotel. They should have atleast used the room fresheners.. the lift tests your patience. There is a lot of scope for improvement with some minimal investment and efforts.

May be good as function hall, but definitely not for staying. Have rundown hotel feeling, with zero or non existing room service. Food is also not up to the mark.

We went for dinner buffet in this hotel.but there is no buffet,they served items separately. worst food and worst serving.They played the game plan to cheat customers only.

In the month of March 4th week I visited this place with 18 ppl family members and stayed for 3 nights.... I booked this hotel through a phone call, the manager Noorin suggested to book 6 club rooms( with extra mattresses). It is better to call them directly rather than booking online. Check in was flexible, cos already we were late .. rooms was kept clean and bathrooms with bathtub were okay... Buffet breakfast was good and staffs working in dining area are so polite and respectful. House keeping is also good. Anytime you can contact manager they will immediately respond. Swimming pool was clean and they had a coach. Our kids enjoyed a lot in swimming pool... And they have open parking area, atleast they should build shelter for cars or else they should provide car cleaning assistants... Overall nice stay. Budget works...I highly recommend this place. Ambience is good... But not many options in food.. a 3 taste.

Very Poor room service,they don't bo bath fittings are damaged ,phn are not working. if you order at 8 pm then you will get your food at 10.30pm...totally harassment. sipage aand stinky smell, no fan in the room.. Worst place to stay I have ever seen.

Mould everywhere. Rooms smell.
Advertised that they have a lounge bar and they do not.
Pool was flooded and unusable. The "spa" was a massage table in a dingy dark creepy room.
We booked a deluxe suite with an extra bed... literally were given a mattress on the floor with a blanket. Asked for covers for the blanket, we were given bedding with holes in. Had to argue with manager who was very argumentative but eventually provided a foldable bed. Why couldn't he have just done this in the first place?
Corridors are filthy. People smoke in the hallways.
We were told on booking that airport transfer is included, then when we came to use it we were told it is not and that we must've misunderstood.
This is absolutely not a 4 star resort. I would struggle to give it two.
They concentrated all their efforts to make the lobby look nice and luxurious, this is where the luxury begins and ends.

Despite of being an 3 star hotel, the staff members knew how to take care of people who ever steps into the premises, they were well trained with there particular jobs, even the crowd at gate and entrance of hotel knew when and how to approach the customers. The executive staff was very kind to let us know whatever we want even with the busy bookings ongoing at all times. Spacious and eye catching ambiance.

Other team members in restaurant are Good in receiving n are polite..
Manager Mr.Kalidas response is irresponsible during the payment.. we have had 3 paid coupons for buffet & requested to use the same out of 19 visited .. & he simply says can give only 2 complementary .. one of had only fruits as he is on fasting today.. we paid full for having just fruits..
he doesn't have basic manners on how to reply.. Its pretty bad experience..
We as corporate user may not use your services again.. Thank You..

I love this place because of the service they're providing with such a low cost. We booked it for a weekend spent with couple of my friends. Had a nice time, enjoyed the environment, food and drinks a lot. We are really amazed with the pricing they offer being a 4 star property. For travelers, I would definitely recommend Sunday brunch at Kuchipudi restaurant, don't miss it if you're visiting the hotel.

Bad service,no manpower and absolutely no maintenance

Bad experience. Firstly they gave room whose bathroom roof was leaking .showed other room which was also leaking.Service was very bad.

An average hotel for business or a family stay. Centrally located in Hyderabad. Cleanliness is maintained....... Expect delayed service.

Staff are uncourteous... room service is hell of a experience. No regular hot water available in the room and to bath they supply water in bucket.
Only silver lining is food quality in the restaurant.

This place might have been an amazing place a decade ago. Now it just has all the old furniture and infrastructure left. The service is bad, real bad. Don't plan your holiday here, the prices are expensive too, well for such a place. Its kinda near to the Railway station, but far from the airport.

Complimentary breakfast is good.Rates are reasonable.

Very very worst hotel plz don't book rooms here this is not a star hotel,u cannot access toilets.

ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! SHOULD BE DEMOLISHED!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Very very poorly maintained and dangerous place to stay in. As an overseas visitor, I thought I was being fussy, but now that I come to read other reviews, this hotel has damaged its own people too. IT IS A DISGRACE! Not fit for man to live in!

- mouldy fridge
- slimy rusted kettle
- no hot water
- electrical cords taped with electrical tape
- bed sheets not changed
- frayed electrical wires hanging out of walls
- AC does not work
- towels are dirty
- FRONT DESK staff extremely rude
- rooms not cleaned
- rooms smell like vomit
- carpet underlay pulled out from carpet
- no hallway lightly
.... AND THE LIST GOES ON......and ON......and ON.....and ON.......etc.

I ve got all photos as evidence. APPALLING!!! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! NEAGTIVE 1 MILLION STAR!!!

Though the hotel is a big one a old construction lacking in maintenance poor central Aircondition due to under capacity otherwise good value for money
