Hotel centrally located. Good property. Front Office staff very good. Restaurant staff courtess. Rooms just okay.. Mobile charging points not accessable. House keeping staff pathetic. Need to pay more attention to hygiene in rooms.

The worst hotel in the whole world! Wash rooms were pathetic. I would like to rate it as zero!! worst experience of my life.

It's been nice visiting the place, good environment, fine architecture, fun place to spend time.

Central location. That is all. No bidets in toilet. Stinking carpet. Surviving on on line portals which don't say this.

Spacious and ambient halls, tasty food. Definitely a good choice for social events.

Food taste was ok. Ordered for mutton biryani and endup with less meat and more rice and masala. I think they are maintenaning a small zoo inside their kitchen because we found cockroaches in Paneer butter masala. Big black ants in desert. We informed the Chef but they didn't stop serving those dishes which I make them stopped wh later. When they are going out on other dishes they again served the same food. And that butter-non tastes just like a roasted papad. Bathrooms maintenance is worst. Guests should think being a big hotel doesn't mean neat and clean.They charge high and street food is so much better than this.

Bad service, bad hygiene, bad rooms, bad bathrooms,bad ac, bad floors,bad lights,bad showers/toilets totally bad experience! There's a lot of scope for improvement. Could be as good as Daspalla if they did something about it

Very poor buffet service. Dishes too cool to be eaten.would not recommend this.

Katria Hotel is a good hotel in Hyderabad where I stayed the previous year was not good, but on this trip was special service and reception and especially Miss Jyothi features with a smile to the customer and the room is good and has a nice view on the pool and excellent cleaning service

the hotel looks good from outside ......but buffet dinner is one of the worst....I've ever eaten

Food not upto mark, some items salty, some more spicy, no proper response in buffet hall. Lot of improvment required in every angle. Anyhow thanx.

This Hotel has all the features guests look for. Majestic building. Nice layout. Great ambience. Banquet halls are spacious. Good service. A poor approach road mars all the good points. It's not visible on the main road. Also it is located in a commercial locality.

I have been to Katriya last week during my 3 days stay in Hyderabad, I found this hotel is huge but no proper management, lack of responsibilities from senior people. Room are big in size but, bathrooms are not clean. i have to wait 45 - 50 mins for checkin. overall not a good experience. They have free Wifi with very bad speed and network.

Not reached my expectations. It was a well built place but not maintained well. Looks outdated. I was a there for a family wedding event last month. Food was average too.

Nice ambience, some what hidden from main road, huge lobby, great for conferences with good parking area

Will not recommend this to any one. Very un hygienic rooms. Worn out bedsheet. Stinky linens. Very dirty toilets

Not at all a 3 star hotel. The exterior, entrance and facade are very nice , so as to create an impression. However, rooms are not at all as per standard. Half of the rooms are old and not renovated as per current day requirements.

Half of the rooms contain tissue paper in the washroom beside the pot, with no handshower / jet ( which is not yet in much use in India).

Staff is untrained and unaware of the hotel facilities and amenities.

Some serious upgrade is required from the management.

I have visited there for ielts speaking test. I did not have a chance to eat but however the place was very nice. From outside it didn't look that great but inside it was very nice with a fountain and environment friendly lobby. Not much i had about this place to speak but so far i liked it and is a good place to arrange parties

I stayed the there this month,. There is no hospitality in this hotel, no regard for guests. The front desk agents have no smile on there face. I spoke to two duty managers but there was no action taken to see to that the room and bathroom was keep clean. The only reason I stayed there was I had paid in full.

The hotel didn t even have the AC on in the lobby. Will never ever step foot in a place like that. I can only complement the housekeeping staff who were friendlier that the lobby and front desk staff.

I am not sure how that hotel is running, shame on the management.

Property is decent but maintenance and services are really poor. Rooms are not maintained, cockroaches found in room.

This hotel must have seen its glory days but they are all long gone.

The property looks solid with all facilities pointing towards a 5 star luxury. Unfortunately lack of maintenance and poor service has made the experience bad to worse

The room was stinking, the air conditioner was spewing foul smell. The electrical switch boxes were dangerously open. I wouldn't want to stay there again or take my family ever

Pathetic Hotel... Very old. Rooms not cleaned properly. Landline not working. Despite of calling up Room Service/Reception multiple times my room was not serviced at all.

Spacious if compared to rate offered on Agoda. But services should be improved, like there was no hot water, faulty flush etc.
Needs to improve the room service, staff looks naive.
Food quality excellent. Buffet breakfast is good but needs to change the items often.

Only accommodation is budgetary but service is not at all good. Nice authentic traditional and fusion restaurants. Specially complimentary grand fresh breakfast and Biryani is so tasty.
