December 25 , 2019. Pathetic service. Rooms and bathrooms dirty and stinky. No towels , no hot water. They will listen to you but will not respond. Staff is arrogant. I will rate as bad hotel. Anyhow just avoid this vote. I had worst experience.
No appropriate facilities for car drivers like no toilets for drivers. Inside beauty is not upto our expectations
If everything sets into place life would never be such a fun, same way everything is best but the service at the restaurant is not upto the mark the refills are pretty delayed and have to wait a real long time to get them... Buffet's spread was good and lavish but the type of service wasn't...

Everything is fine , good restaurant , good room service , most economical, value for money , definitely love to stay next time .

This should be the last place for someone to go in Hyderabad. Air conditioner was not working properly and the maintenance guys came to fix it and while they were fixing all the dust in the ceiling dropped on my bags and shoes. After sometime, water started dripping from the ceiling. The door lock was not functioning properly and the food we ordered was horrible. Buffet was not at all par with the quality they claim it to be. Staff was quite responsive, but i think the quality of the hotel is going down due to the ignorance of the management.
Looks like a Old Hotel. Maintenance should be taken up on top priority.

Terrible, no cleanliness, no staff. Keys don't work.staff does not know how to talk. Anand the manager is a complete idiot... God help you if you are booked here. Take full refund and find another place if you can ...
Day 2 - bathroom flush does not work. No housekeeping. Hotel staff is so used to people screaming at them that they don't care any more...really stuck.

The banquet hall was sub par from modern look and feel. The food was a bad experience and food service was really bad with service staff spilling food while serving at the banquet halls.

Overall good hotel. Outer facing of this hotel is very good. Reception is also very good. But they need to renovate lobby and rooms. That are very old. No charging points and not enough lighting. Buffet breakfast is also very food.

This hotel is centrally located in begumpet and has a very good view. Ample parking with valet. The buffet lunch is awesome. Service is very good.

I went for lunch at the hotel and was not very impressed with the ambience or the food. Also, don't forget to take a nearbuy deal for lunch/dinner. I noticed that what most of the people coming there for lunch were coming because of the deal. Otherwise, a 3 star hotel by looks, located inside the Somajiguda colony so that is one of the disadvantages of the hotel.

Pretty big hotel complex. Feels ancient in its decor. The party halls are big and spacious. The food is OK. Nothing great to write home about.

A Hotel which could have been good is very badly maintained. Whole facility is old and not upgraded. The Club room we were given had a blocked toilet and they kept saying we will change the room and are not doing it even as I write this review. Not at all worth booking room here. I will never come back here
Prime location in the heart of the city. Near to malls like Central and Next Galleria. Also near to Lumbini Park, NTR Gardens, Birla Mandir and Tank bund (Hussain Sagar Lake)
The hotel wouldn't be visible from the main road, so need to be careful to not miss out the exact lane in which the hotel is.
