Paints on walls went off on few floors. Serving food in functions are not up to mark. Better carry your personal water bottle instead of having there.

Its having a good infrastructure and it is a good restaurant for high class people..

We stayed here during our Hyderabad trip. Location is very good and hotel is good. Need to do some maintenance work as it s quite old. Food is delicious and service is also good.

Not at all good place to stay. The hotel is only big in space but the facilities are horrible. We stayed for 3 days. Firstly, we asked for River view which they did not provided. Secondly, their house keeping facilities aree ors

Not a very good hotel. The online pics were misleading. Rooms didn't had proper lights. No fans , only Ac. Food was good. But they had either buffet or south cuisine. Staff was very limited too. Service was not up to the mark ...

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. My one day stay there was a blessing in disguise. The service there was unresponsive and even when they delivered it was unresponsive. The food was acceptable and there was no ac there the whole time. Imagine living without ac in Hyderabad on a hot summer day. And to top it all of there was no cold water (not even in the restaurant).

Hotel is good.nice location and boquet hall.service good but i did not servey the rooms so i can not explain about the room services.

Nice place.
Actually I felt like it is a 5 star hotel.
But still it deserves 4 star for the service and for the quality.
Rooms were compact and very good.
Foods are way more awesome and served perfectly.
That's a big hotel and if we have party that'll be the best one to choose.
Toilets will be available, clean and safe.

It's hidden lobby is amazing big huge like Taj Krishna , bad at road they did not put lighting on their board at road .

No smiles on either receptionists or managers

No proper reply from management

They are answering like they have already provided everything far better than we deserve

I don't feel like staying in some hotel, I felt like I'm using someone else's room for free after listening to management.

Worst room service, pathetic toilets and very shabby rooms

Not worth.Linens are not good.Dampened wall.No toilteries provided except one soap bar and shampoo.Had to ask for the towels which came after 20 mnts.Door card not working properly.Everytime problem.I could not open the door at the time of check in too.Every time I use to open the door, I had problems.No phone in the lobby so that call reception and ask for assistance.every time u hv to go down and revalidate your door opening card.Experience really was not good.

The place has only been renovated on the outside. The rooms are not that great considering the charges.

Good lobby but not so good rooms as well as service. Don't judge your stay looking at the lobby.

Arranged reception for my brother and the management was worst ....they were unresponsive when the crown was few extra

We had a 2 day workshop in this hotel, food was not at all eatable, and it was not well arranged, every item was in insufficient quantity, even tea/coffee was not sufficient for the delegates

The building is very old and the services are pathetic

This is a very old hotel and centrally located but the service is not so good and the rooms are also not well kept - this hotel has no Bar attached and biggest disadvantage for guys who have come.on work and want to have a quite drink in the evening. The only best thing about this hotel is that it has fountain right in middle of the lobby area.

Very bad experience sir ...I lost my goods and I complaint there and staff are not interested to solve my problem they are saying us that our hotel security department is not allowing anyone to show that CCTV footage...

One of the oldest, yet considerable hotels for a banquet and a stay. Reasonably good staff and loads of room, that too in the heart of city. Most of the giant and old Corp offices (say 20-25 yr old) are just within a mile away. Felt nostalgic, as it took me to the feels and flavour of Hyderabad in the era of 1995-2005. Consider for stay and banquet, but do not expect it to be ultra modern, as it is having a bit of age.

Good place to stay and I visited here to attend one of my exam hospitality is doubt
