Quiet place to have lunch or dinner and is quite affordable

Need maintainance, fittings and assessories are not well kept.... House keeping staff need to improve on SLA.... Front desk staffs are good... Changed my room when issue persist after several visits by house keeping g and maintainance....

Probably one of the best banquet halls and the best hotel located in a very peaceful area.

The hotel badly needs renovation.. The rooms are dark and smelly... Carpet stinks and the toilet and bathroom is old..

Checked in for one day, it welcomed us with a great lobby, very good ambience and great antique collection but surprisingly they forgot to maintain the basic amenities
1) stinky rooms with mushy smell 2) leaking taps 3) poor housekeeping 4) irresponsible staff 5) super high prices... On the whole the elegant name katriya just remained for title itself!!!

Visited this place to write IELTS Exam. Looking at the surroundings, It was quite a decent place. The hall in which we wrote was pretty large and spacious. Dint check the rooms though. The rest rooms could have been cleaned better. They were way too small. Water wasn't working.

A professional place to hold company meetings and plan any business deals and that too for a low price compared to others in locality for the same ambience.

Ambience is good.we attend a marriage in one of the banquet halls,the dinner was good

Hi everyone myself Dhananjay sarate from kolhapur I would like to give reviews here because the management staff of room service is really very bad. I stay their for two days but they never fulfill my requirement in urgent basis. Not cliliness in wash rooms. But restaurant staff is very good very supportive. SHEF NAIDU SIR is really great persons great management handled in their section. About food taste is very very good. The selection of food lteams at breakfast , lunch and dinner is perfect.l

The AC wasn't working. There was a powercut for atleast 30-45mins. The room floor was weirdly sticky. The rooms are very old but I guess it's worth the cheap deal that I got. It's good if you get it the room for cheap

Went for a marriage function..poor management.. poor food quality

It is a decent hotel located in the heart of the city in Raj bhavan road. Perhaps the maintenance in some areas has gone down a bit, but still a good hotel with lots of parking area and space. It used to be fortune group (non 5 star category of ITC group) but is no longer part of that.

The hotel was good very nice location but the clean was not that good and service are very slow

I went with my family to attend birthday party hoisted by our close relatives, their his valley parking for my car, the venue was elegant, we enjoyed the function with our relatives, the food was delicious, what more we can expect we had good time at the place.

New staffs all are interns plumbing problems. Tv only free channels. Room service a big problem

Horrible experience using banquet hall, vijayanagara I. AC did not work, dim lighting, food not upto the mark. Staff non responsive, when complained.

No AC - we were sweating heavily , mutton biryani not cooked fully,

Very good experience. We had party in Katriya with friends. All staff are trained perfectly. Food was fantastic. It was simply superb experience for our event.

This property has majestic building. Rooms are OK. Areas for improvement would be break fast which is served has got lot of scope for improvement and the bathroom can be much better than what it is right now.

Very old hotel with 3 star category...need better people to manage and sleepy welcome and lousy toiletries and worn-out towels....

I attended an event there. Good ambience, seminar hall and food.

Hotel and ambiance is excellent, but dispointed with food and service.

Very nice hotel.. we performed a sangeet on -1 floor.. the way to enter was confusing but the show went on very welll..

Total Disaster! Do not recommend at all. Poor response from Reception, dirty rooms and poor infrastructure in general. AC not working at all. It's a mess.

Well kept and maintained. Ample space inside and outside the hotel.

Prices were very good but gone a bit high these days

The services were best in 2012 when I visited first time and stayed here 15 days but it got worst subsequently..please prefer some other hotel..
