Worst hotel with too much smell & no discipline staff.

Just beautiful hotel....4 star hotel..but u feel 5 star.... excellent facilities

Food is third class.no water in washroom.no proper maintenance.Bad odour.

Terrible place to stay, outdated furniture, soiled linen, intercom did not work, struggling staff to offer customer service and equipment won't work! Never stay in this hotel, even if you expect two stars! Only deserves one star rating since location is good and some staff members are trying to help guests. Will never think about booking this hotel in future. Only good things are breakfast in the restaurant, size of the rooms and grand front of the hotel entrance.

This is the worst star hotel. Except reception and dining area. Every thing stinks. Bathrooms are horrible. Ac doesn t work. Corridors smells alcohol and tobacco. Breakfast is far better on the roadside stall .

Average place with ok food. Service during the day was good but late evening they seem to be understaffed.

Not so great place to stay. However, these days they are trying to improve quality of food and stay. Centre of the city. Once, it was a good property. Buffet is cheap comparatively.

Worst hotel ever I seen in recent times. From entrance to rest rooms everything need to renovate.

Great ambience and helpful staff.. well groomed place

Very nice and helping staffs and approx 1 km from the main temple. All the basic amenities are available within budget. For food you have many options which are very nearby. Nice place to stay with family or friends.

Neat and tidy rooms and really fast service. Keep it up.

Grand property however poorly mantained. Less staff for everything, casual housekeeping, used water bottles in rooms and washrooms not cleaned. I think they need to change there staff. Very unsatisfactory stay !! I will never recommed this hotel !!!!

Good hotel to stay in Hyderabad. Clean rooms, nice ambiance and very professional staff.

Had a very bad experience for our engagement. Would not recommend for anyone on this planet. They have promised something and delivered something else. Terrible service and bill responsibility.

I just can't stop myself to give reviews about the ketriya hotels restaurant staff because the food quality is really a very good and speacially SHEF MR. NAYDU SIR. Is really great person they have a magical power in there hands about taste. He make salad also in different taste which I never tested ago. Really sir we miss your food.
Because of you only my trip gone great......

I respect businesses listed here and open to judgements good and bad from everyone and that respect I gladly extend for Katriya.

I also provide a service and I am proud of that. What I found thoroghly disappointing is just how consistently appallingly did different personnel from different departments performed. Employees were demoralised and behaved as though they took no pride in the services they provided. In my experience, only public sector enterprises performed so poorly on such a consistent basis in India. As a senior employee in some organisations, this can only be from poor leadership at the top. To give an example, a plate of chowmein took over an hour to be served on two successive days.

We were part of a conference who chose to book separately and everyone amongst over hundred guests shared my views. The service quality was so poor that it actually became a topic of discussion amongst seasoned travellers like us!

Despite this there are some redeeming points. This is an impressive building with clean public places. They allowed us to check in earlier, although in a small room and gave the upgrade many hours after our booked room was due.

Old property but all this hotel required is a good management cos hotel has ample of Space like a 5start hotel

Very nice place to stay. Book using Make My Trip App to avail great discount. Food quality is also awesome. Swimming Pool, Gym, Complementary Wi-Fi, Nearby Railway Station, Lumbini Park, Hussain Sagar Lake makes it even more attractive

Place is decent, felt like there's shortage of staff

Pathetic hotel- Worst ageing infrastructure with corrosive metal bathroom equipment s. Worst service and staff behaviour. Will never recommend anyone to stay. Waste of money
