The place is dated. Awesome lobby and Tower rooms are actually good. I won't recommend eating here. They stopped serving alcohol and have no bar as well

Badly maintained, kudos for making people visit by displaying as a four star hotel.! The staff has no clue of anything.. Very unorganized.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Nice Function Hall, they are even suitable for official meetings, interviews and seminars. Food there is satisfactory but the service is unquestionably good.

Worst hotel i have ever been through...

Reception staff is very harsh rude and egoistic. no proper service never complete any request in 1 call. The toilets were stinking towels were very unhygienic.

One of the finest maintained hotels in Hyderabad. If I get a chance I would surely check into it. Very cooperative and responsive staff.

It was an amazing experience there.

Place is good but maintenance is pretty below average. Breakfast buffet is good. Best thing is, it lies in the centre so getting around the city is easier.

Worst staff behaviour that I haven t experienced at any hotel they overpriced water bottle then mrp for 20 rs bottle they charged me 55 rs worst staff when completing about price they said me complain where ever you want about this very bad staff they selling oxygem 1 litre water bottle and pricing for smart water 750ml bottle which is very worse

I got this hotel on a deal from a hotel booking website. I would say the hotel is it best location and overall the hotel is ok but my experience with the room service is pathetic I ordered for dosa around 11 P.M they come back to me around 11:45 and inform me there is no availability of dosa then ask them to get me chicken biryani that is available again they took me for about 34 minutes and the order reach me at 12 xx almost I waited for about 1 and half hour to get my dinner

Most horrible hotel i have stayed ever.. i stay in hotels on an average 10nights/month... never experienced this bad a hotel.. Extremely bad service.. staff very rude. Old hotel rooms smell. bathroom dirty, fittings broken or missing.. not worth the money you pay at all...

Good hotel and good food with nice and calm ambience. The hotel though needs some renovation as it is now getting old. Overall nice experience and good location in hyderabad.

The hotel looks good from outside.a big lobby. But it will give u an old feel. Not well maintained. Restrooms are pathetic. There are mosquitoes. Food is okay type. Not that tasty. Confarence room is dull and dim and damped

Rooms r very spacious, but main thing is Ac not working calling to maintaince dept. Since after noon but response yet, washrooms r dirty, stinking. Not recommended.

Used banquet for corporate meeting/seminar, guidance to any one looking Katriya as an option is recommended but not to expect much from anything

Very poor maintenance, Hygiene and House keeping is not visible anywhere..room service is horrible... even intercom with various hotel departments are not functioning.. swimming pool is dried out... don t venture to stay...

No hot water in shower, was refused ice cubes as machine is out of order. Reception seems to be most chaotic.no order or maintenance seems to have been the norm at a beautiful located infrastructure

Great Value For Money - I paid 2000/- extra stayed in this tower suite room at Katriya hotel, Hyderabad total paid Rs. 4000/- what a luxury for the price I paid.
The inside of the hotel room is beautifully decorated with flowers and various artistic showpieces. The rooms are clean and huge. Very nice and good ambiance. I would like to visit again.

Given a chance I would have given minus 100 rating (-100) for such a worst and nightmare hotel. Any hotel would have one or maximum two issues very rarely which gets resolved with in 2 hrs.
But this pathetic hotel provide worst service and pathetic living conditions namely:-
1) Air Condition absolutely not working for last 3 days.
2) No drinking water service.
3) Bed lenin contains blood stains
4) Towels containing blood stains
5) Floor not mopped
6) Room curtains contains spider web
7) Even meeting halls don't have AC
8) Hotel staff are worst response providers
9) Room Telephone not working
The list goes on for almost all the rooms where many people were blasting front office and duty managers.
Strongly recommend don't ever try at all, even if you don't get room any where, stay in a low budget hotel but not in this pathetic property.

Very poor collection of breakfast options at the buffet. No juice, only a few slices of watermelon. Dry croissants, dry muffins and warm coffee. Probably one of the most unappetizing breakfast I've had in a long time.

Its a nice place to live ..I love the Staff and Hotel
