Good place to stay, breakfast buffet is very good. Room Service is not upto the mark.

The worst people in hotel business! They did alot our rooms to couples for having their fun and we were waiting the rooms to be cleaned, for 3 hours. Smelly rooms like bath room, complementary water came after 6 hours, even room service came after 4 hours of calling!
The front desk manager and other associated people were telling lie at every question!
They are fond of saying " Sorry"

Rooms are good well maintained, staff is good in service in rooms but in the function serving and maintaining is not good.

Room and Bennett hall are good. Rest rooms are bad.

Just ok. Paucity of fresh air from reception lounge, poor attitude of managers, polite but adamant. Dental and shaving kit had to be demanded. Food was not very tasty. Unclean rooms with cobwebs

I think the owners should plan either renovation or sell it off This place has a lot of potential but it is not being taken care properly and it would have been better if it is given on lease So that it will be used to the full extent possible the rooms really need a proper painting and renovation

Horrible place ever stayed. I booked my stay after going through tripadvisor, google reviews and few others. I booked 2 rooms at the hotel via agoda (never book from this website). It all started with non cooperative staffs who started picking on pointless arguments boasting of her (name not mentioning) previous experiences of working in Taj Krishna and such. The rooms allotted were unclean and stinging. The shower tap was rusted and broke off. The jet spray was removed. All the bathroom accessories were dirty, towels and the tub marked with stains. The wifi that was promised at the time of booking, we found that is non existent. The only sensible person we found at the hotel was the bell boy who is a senior person, Helping the guests what ever way he can.

The hotel manager and his team is nothing but pathetic. Avoid staying here at all cost.

Worst of the worst services award goes to this hotel. It's better to book a normal lodge than booking a room in this hotel. I had all the very bad experiences over here. Worst of the worst services. They don't give a damn about your concerns. No hot water. Ac doesn't work well.

Starting from the day when I came and when I was allotted the room I found that the room was stinking and even the AC was not working well and so I complained by calling on the reception but they were least interested in responding it. After my hard pressing for room change they showed me two more rooms which were on the same footing. I have no option but to change to the room as the previous room was stinking very much. Yardi provide facility of electrical kettle for making tea, checking the same I found that there are insects inside it the photos of the same has been uploaded by me. In one room AC doesn't work in other room other thing doesn't work in all no rooms your perfect until I was shifted to the luxury room after several complaints. That room was good but the AC was not at all performing well and therefore I am made several complaints to the reception, where they send one person having technical knowledge to my room. Two gentlemen who had come explain me that the the central AC has no option of controlling the speed of the blower, but looking to the console of controlling the AC it specifically mentioned regarding the blower speed. Thus they just know to fool us. Every time when I call on the reception for any complaints they would just ask me to hold on for a minute and they would disconnect the phone and also would not reply back.

I am writing at this great length just to to make others aware about the service, the rooms and the poor hospitality that is observed here, to help them to take decision to stay in here or not.

If you take my words even if I would be given a chance to come here for free, I would definitely prefer to stay in a lodge rather staying here.

In all 0 stars for hospitality, 1 star for ambience, 2 stars for cleanliness, one star for comfort, zero star for hygiene.

The rooms here are decent! Spent couple of days here! The room service is seriously a headache! They just divert the calls from one person to another and suddwnly they hang up the call! The food is decent. The banquet halls are good. Wont call it a 4 star hotel!3 star would suffice it!
