Very very poor.. one of the worst experience. Not maintained..poor bathrooms, no hot water, room walls are dampening, AC makes lot of sound, they don't provide towels, no TV remote and the list goes on... better anyone planning to stay here...God save you.

Never ever think of staying in this hotel, just feel a brother review for everyone out there this property and service is pathetic and i realky they should close down the hotel. I dont know why the owners and management contuniung the property. Either they dont hv any choice, but really pathetic stay including property and service, RIP guys if u sray in this hotel because of lower price than the property pics deseve.

Service is extremely poor... No one answers any calls. You will die of thirst beforw they send you a bottle of water. Rooms are poorly maintained - fixtures are dirty/rusted/leaking. The good part is the grand reception, which is deceiving

A hotel of 5 star range centrally located in somaniguda . It stands on par with any star hotel of its kind. But to locate the hotel is a wee bit hard. A narrow road from main leads to hotel proper. I have been there number of times and found food is tasty all the times. Service is impressive. Parking is adequately enough. Personally I didn't find any problem with this hotel. I strongly recommend this to those who can afford. At least you can give a try.

The food is just ok and the services were not good. But vegetarians look for some other buffets rather than going fir this buffet

Hotel in good location.... Tasty food.. Pleasent environment

The hotel has a big lobby that's very captivating and beautiful. Rooms are decent but have very few plug points in odd places. Room service/ assistance is extremely slow and sometimes non responsive. If you are planning a banquet level function, this hotel is not one I would recommend. The toilets that are provided for banquet guests are the worst I've seen in my entire life. The toilets overflow with miniature tsunami-like waves when the flush is pressed (I don't need to say this but, please don't be sitting on the toilet when you flush ). I give it three stars because some of the staff there are very nice and helpful and made the overall experience a bit bearable...

The Ambiance of the hotel and banquet halls is 5 star!! , but the maintenance of rooms is not that good.

I stayed in this hotel from 07th October to 11th October with my foreign Guest. Very very bad service. Air conditioning is not working. Shower does not work properly, towels, floor towels are not provided properly, bad room cleaning. Very bad room atmosphere. Staying here means buying trouble by paying your own money. I have never seen such a WORST hotel any where in the world. Not to recommend any one.

The worst serviceing in the whole world the taste of the food is even worse than the service. Once there was a function in the hotel, in the menu they gave three roties to choose and on the function day they gave one type of roti and all of them were burnt.

Room service is worst, nobody responding In time, after repeated remainders only get the service, remaining parameters like cleanness,accessibility of location, Wi-Fi facility etc up to over expections

The service was really bad. There was no hot water in the shower. The phone didn't work. The tv remote didn't have battery. I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to any one.
