Overall good place for stating & food with decent price

The worst experience we have ever had in our life.
Check in was delayed by 8 hrs.
No room keys, no hot water,
Staff was absolutely ridiculous.
It was experienced by many guests.

Katriyas are specialized in spoiling your Peace of mind, holidays and mood.

Old hotel but a good place. But bathrooms are bad and rooms are small. Just that it's in main location

It's the worst experience, there were cockroaches around lunch table, only hotel guest residents are preferred... Very old property

REALLY A BAD HOTEL WITH BAD SERVICES. THEY ONLY DO FALSE COMMITMENTS AND AT TIME OF SOLUTIONS THEY FIRES THIER MEMBER WHO PROMISED AND MAKES THEIR HAND UPSIDE.I SUGGEST ALL TO NOT EVEN STAY FOR A SINGLE DAY IN THIS HOTEL AND ALSO ALERT OTHERS.....I WAS NOT INTENDED TO GIVE THEM ANY STAR BUT THE POST DEMANDS ATLEAST ONE

A nice and a decent place to stay. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Stayed here for 2 days. Very bad experience for the room stay. Delayed check-in. Access card not working while check-in. Bathroom tub is blocked, faucet is broken, tub and toilet not maintained well and can see all old stains. Telephone and fridge also was not working in the room. Shower handle is loose. Only good was the breakfast option with good variety of vegetarian food along with fruits and bakery section. Will not want to come and stay here again.

Clearly the hotel has seen better days. Good infrastructure and design but I think management issues have made it in down If managed well can be a lovely property

Keep away from this place. Pathetic and slow service. Entire floor has seepage issues. Toilets in a local lodge/inn will be cleaner than this hotels.

A good place bv with first class amenities in pearl city hyderabad

You wonder sometimes why such a huge investment property in the middle of.the city with 18 banquet halls with huge accommodation still doesn't hit the headline or not the first choice. The management has to.buckle up to.this place to make valiant effort to make.this place more happening. This turned out to be a budget place for small start ups or companies to hold business meets, small gathering functions. The rest rooms are badly maintained it's like an old good hotel. The food could do a lot better than the existing quality.

I have visited this place. Its looking vood. In my case, Katriya Hotel employees are very responsible.

If pictures can be misleading this hotel is a perfect example of it. Katriya hotel no way fits the definition of a star hotel with entrenched cleanliness and staff callousness issues! I switched two rooms both equally filthy, terrible air-con, an unclean breakfast spread and staff that barely heeds your concerns. Please also beware of the fact that the front desk forcefully holds on to original IDs during check-in stating made up rules and regulations.

Despite the fact that I literally stormed out of this hotel in disgust, the staff made no efforts in compensating my loss for losing a night's stay.

Please do not ever indulge this hotel for even regular meets. It's an embarrassing institution notwithstanding incomparable to even regular boutique hotels.

The place is very old and not well maintained (except the main entrance and lobby area).
The washrooms near conference rooms are not better than the public toilets.

This hotel desperately needs renovation, the halls literally look that of a haunted house and the staff take too long to attend everything. We requested toiletries for our toilet and they never came even after asking them 3-4 times. Very poorly maintained hotel. I couldnt even call it a one star hotel :/

The hotel was very grand. It has many banquet halls. It has two underground floors. Ample parking space.

You need to train your staff how to treat guests. As Dhaba wala treat their guests better than your pathetic, uneducated, unskilled, mannerless staff. They used to laugh on us. Cut are phones. Pathetic staff.

Moderately OK. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Affordable fooding.. value for money..
Only negative are the toilets.. though they are clean the size is small compared to the ambiance of rooms and hotel overall.. many of the fittings require replacement / upgradation.

Poor washrooms cleanliness but good place for functions.

This place was the venue for South zone conference. Rooms were very poorly maintained. Leaking taps, broken latches. Food was bad.

IT is nice to see the Katriya. Star hotel and its buffet is so good and price worthy for every penny..

No soft drinks available at night; A/C is currently not working properly; no fans or tube lights, just A/C and lamps in the rooms; some places are really dark and lonely at night, not enough cctv cameras, the lift in the middle is not working, not really good hospitality and staff, below average in taste but healthy food, and no geasers in bathrooms.

But still bearable if you are staying there for a short period of time, soft, comfortable and clean beds and pillows, aesthetic looks, staff helpful in some cases, not the worst Hotel I've ever seen, hence bearable.
