Hotel was in repair, service was Good but rooms are uncomfortable, A/c was very limited..

Few silly mistakes by Katriya:
Does not allow visitors to room, If you have ordered from Zomato or swigy, you have to go done till outer gate to collect it, very slow response by staff, staff is not trained enough to give minimum respect to guest, coming by cab you have to go to parking from there walk to front gate. Now about there rooms.... poorly maintained, switchboard doesn't work, no hot water, rug and linen are dirty enough to spread plague. I had stayed in club rooms, there best ones but felt like Dharamshala. There face is good nothing else.

This Hotel is a 4 star one. Centrally located in Hyderabad

Very nice and pleasant place for gathering. A suitable place for official gatherings.

Heard of this hotel for over a decade but finally landed there recently. Was pleasantly surprised by the large parking space and the height of the lobby. Very impressive.

The entrance from Raj Bhavan road is kind of narrow so the expectation was not grand. But was positively surprised. This is a recent or relatively new hotel but now you can see the signs of aging.

Staff service and friendliness is good and location is in center of the city.

Its a 4star hotel, it has accommodation and restaurant and banquet halls

Worst management and staff. Worest m.d. and e.d. service is too worst.

I suggest they improve the lighting and have more fresh plants in washrooms. Maintenance of building can be better.

Worst services, poorly managed. will strictly advice not to book under any circumstances

Hotel is old and is not maintained. A lot of communication gaps in between staff. The foyer and lobby are very well maintained, because of which we were misled as only pictures of those and not of rooms were there online.

Awesome experience

We had family party in Katriya. Food was Excellent. Staff were friendly. It was simply superb experience for our event.

Not a great place to stay or eat. My family and I used their gym and pool for a few months. The pool and gym are well maintained but the changing rooms are not up to the mark. The swimming coach is good with children. The rooms have seepage and the food is better stayed away from. Prices are three star level but service and quality are nowhere close.

One of the oldest hotels in Hyderabad! Now they've completely restored it. It's the budgeted luxury rooms in Hyderabad!

Hotel doesn't have proper maintenance!!
They gave room service number as mobile number but no response when I called to that number. At the entrance you will find water leaking from swimming pool. The hotel is big !!

I have been here to have a dinner with my family members.

Pool was not functioning. Everyday same excuse (We are closed today). Placing order for lunch (Be careful) about the quality. Breakfast awesome. AC are not properly serviced. Room Towels needs to be replaced. Other things are OK.

Service is not up to the mark and lacks in quality as well and after parting with Fortune group the maintenance deteriorated.

wash rooms are not good.....

not cleaning food was no tasty...

Great peace I went for ielts exam very decent hotel

Once a popular hotel for its hospitality, now become a marginal one. Located in the heart of the city it's accessible to all. But maintenance of Bonquet Halls is not matching it's standards. Food quality is also not upto the required standard.

Worst experience..rooms are not at all good & arrogant staff.

Generally popular for taking mass orders for occasions like marriage, parties etc. Service was very bad. Even for room services we had to remind 3-4 times. To go to your room you will have to wait for the lift for really long time. And there are no stairs - yes no stairs. No fire exit or anything. They also provide catering services for parties, which was OK (3/5 rating). Don't judge by lobby area in front of reception. It's really nice but rooms are not.

Khatriya hotel is just ok type hotel... location wise good, for service i gave them 2.5 stars.
For canteen 3 stars.

Restaurant Ambience is good but food need a lots of improvement

Room not bad but service is very ugly so much of space for parking

The ambience is maintained well , the fountain at the entrance gives great grandeur to the hotel ,
I ve been there for 3 days for a conference
The food is average I should say .
The staff are a uncoordinated .
Food again , it was bland , cold .
As a 4star hotel it doesn t offer that hospitality that is expected .

Good stay in my recent times. Had a better time really at this hotel. Ambiance is excellent, staff also responded quickly for all my requests.

Well it was quite to see it was well mainted but some problems were there , like the bathroom too small though usable , the room services were sick need to more customers devoted , ihope that would be well taken care

Hotel is good but it does not alLow alcohol, it is well maintained so it may give odd smell in the corridor and lift, only the lobby looks great. Food is OK OK type.

Every thing is neatly maintained but there is no shed for parking vehicles.

People normally get confused,as to where the hotel is,as there are no clear sign board to the address.

Third class hotel family person do not stay here bad service bad smelling rooms insect in rooms don't stay here old and dirty hotel food also not good staff behaviour also not good

Nice place for events, meetings and evening dinners

Food supply is very bad in Banquets, they not able to serve entire crowd for a pre booked party.all the time serving bowls were empty and on requesting and shouting they got food from kitchen in little portions they failed to serve 120 pax party also

Hotel is at its lowest. If you find info of amneties and facilities like swimming pool, and roof top restaurant then rest assured that it is either not there or not functional or under repair. Corridors are very dirty and stinky. Bathroom fittings not working properly. Only redeemable thing is it's food.
