Great place, spacious and located in the heart of twin cities.

This is an hotel for upper middle class family members. Decent and best buffet is around 1k.

One of the worst hotel ever I found,specially hospitality, arrangements,AC not working,not hygenic

Worst service, worst staff and they treat you like they're doing some favor by allowing you to stay in their hotel

During our stay we had the most pathetic experience.

Black drainage (nala) type of water flowed out of the taps almost all day

Food during our breakfast was not hot

Place is extremely untidy

Towels are torn and were too old

Despite of letting the management know about our issues no one was there to take charge or ownership and address the situation.

I felt like I stayed in a low class slum for a night even after spending for a 4 star. ...

Worst food served on reception of my nephew on 26.11.2017. Toilets not maintained. I do not recommend.

Maintenance and service is good. Watch man also good at communication.

One of the biggest hotel in hyderabad location. Got good experience at Katrina hotel&Towers on weekday.

And also katrina hotel located near by location. If you wish you can conduct Business meetings.

I strongly recommend to visit katrina hotel, only of you are interested in travel.

This is a good place to hang out in the middle of the city, very reachable to most tourist destinations and absolutely great service.

A star hotel with good ambience and warm hospitality from the staff .

Been to a banquet in cellar, smells like a museum, with all the muddy smell, roof seems wet and old.

Hotel is not visible from main road. Rooms are good. Terrace restaurant with live music is suitable for candle night dinner. place is cozy, romantic... highly suitable for couples looking for private time.

Beautiful Entrance with Big fountain in the Hall and Chairs around it. A place for a perfect relax.

Staff are strict at their service and I wish they get little flexible and smiley.

Nice Ambience at hotel entrance, location is also ok, about 50m from somajiguda main road, the buffet is ok, not very grate. refill of Desert didn't happen . Felt anoyed. Overall it's ok to have Buffet at such great price.

The hotel maintainance was good & clean. But the food was worst. The reception area was really good and the lighting arrangements was really cool.

Bad food... avoid eating here if you want to be healthy...stale old food being served..yuck..

Nice lobby, not so clean rooms, not so clean bathrooms, I mean this place needs renovation,room service bad, but food which we ordered at room was very tasty specially Tandoori chicken n chicken Biryani

Seems it has crossed its expiry date. Badly needs renovation. Please don t stay. Bathroom ceiling may leak and the sleepy desk clerk may not be sympathetic and send some one to repair after half day gone. Half of the appliances will definitely not work like taps switches fridge, in-house telephone. Order for dinner at 7 pm and actually dine at midnight after some heated debate

IF I just had an option to give less than a 1 star you people deserve that!
We have a booking from ibibo here for two people for 3 days!! And the management doesn't give us our room and made us wait for a long time in the reception.. saying there are issues with the management !!
The thing they're worried about it that there is a female and they are saying they won't allow a single couple!
1st we're both not a couple.. she's coming all the way from Delhi to stay here on a business purpose and I'm from hyd.. this is just a mess!' Cannot expect a 3 star hotel to treat us this way!!
We're very disappointed and win writing this review waiting for their manager to come and talk to us!'

Housekeeping response time 2 hours. Door locks not working. AC not working. Banquet hall ac not working properly

Excellent Lobby, Rooms
I have been traveling to Hyderabad for number of meetings and even with my family. I stayed in a number of hotels around the city. And I came to a conclusion that Katriya Hotel is in budget and also good looking with luxury rooms. Food and staff are good. Mainly the lobby is awesome and the receptionist responded politely for my queries. Felt happy.

Pathetic service.. check in staff are very arrogant. Rooms are stinking and if u try to report same, u will never find the duty manager.
Would advice people to look for better options.

Been to the banquet halls here. The place is quite big and gives a good feel. The food is a big let down

not a good place...ambience is very bad.....n air conditioning is also not gud...had a very bad marriage party exprience

I got married at this venue. The air conditioners weren't working in the rooms and suites we booked, which made the rooms feel like heated ovens. The intercom wasn't working, there was no hot water in the bathrooms. We had to go and talk at the reception to complain about the issues and they did absolutely nothing about the problems.
At the wedding mandap , there were problems with the lights and electrical connections.
Terrible experience.

"Looks are deceptive" is true. The hotel looks huge and amazing from outside, lobby is huge, but the rooms were old and disappointing. I will never suggest this hotel to any friends or family unless there is no option. Even the room service didn't provide me food which I wanted to eat and instead only had sandwiches and biryani although the menu had a huge variety. 2 days I stayed I ordered from outside. Not at all worth the money you put in.

Location Somajiguda the rooms are OK n need maintenance and the restaurant need make over... Food quality needs improvement
