Decent place. But I found the reception and the services offered a bit lacking.

I was there for the professional training program, the hall was not very well maintained, as wells as the hygeine was not maintained at the adjacent restrooms. The food was good but again was not replenished at regularly at the buffet.

Staff is not well trained.don't allows to have a overall look of hotel bathrooms are not as per standards...

Room size is ok but bathroom was not very clean and the towels were looking very old , bedsheets was looking like someone has slept in the bed and a strange smell was coming from pillows. Staffs were good and the food was tasty. Overall hotel is good to stay for short trips but for cleanliness i have given it 2 stars.

Guyz this hotel use to be a good one when under Andra Pranesh and when there was airport near by.Now it is a worst nightmare and has only to boast of golden past times.When I was with them for 5 days the third day the w/c got blocked and these fellows even after complaining did not rectify and did not even show the responsibility to move us to another room.Plz don t

For stay it's good.. but about food it's not upto the mark

Good hotel situated in centre city with all amenities, they have to improve AC working in the restaurant. In buffet needs to provide more veg dishes.. no juice/no ice cream & no sweet... and also security at the gate must be trained.

Below average hotel, bathrooms are not neat, some or the other problem comes up in the bathroom, like flush not working, etc. The AC doesn't work good. Water leakage is clearly seen on walls and ceilings.

Very nice ambience. I went to my relatives marriage today. The hotel was little bit interior from the main road. I saw two function halls inside. Totally the katriya hotel experience is good for me.

Pathetic Stay!
Zero % cleanliness. Housing keeping response is bad. Toilers where provided after many reminders. Floor stinks. Bathroom worst. Front desk team has patience, but provides no solution to the problem raise. Not recommended to stay.

eccept plenty of space for parking nothing else is upto mark. Particularly food quality is to be improved a lot. catering is not at allvgood

3* spacious but furniture and ambiance seems bit old..

I have attended a seminar conducted by idp in katriya hotel its very unhygenic very smelly i couldn't even attend the whole seminar due to such bad maintenance. It has so many bugs and insects. It smells like an old abandoned building. I hope the government takes action on such places.

Rooms smells very bad eve higher category of rooms.

Very poor service. Food is not tasty. No much food available near the buffet. Upon request people serving water.

Hotel is good but the staff, room service, housekeeping are just non responsive and just sometimes rude. Coming to wifi its dead slow, I just used my own data which is much much faster than the wifi they provided, Can be improved pretty much

It has spacious halls for conducting the meetings and conferences with lot of frontage. They can improve the quality of the food.

Rooms are well maintained but room service is not good

I happened to visit this hotel for a dental orientation program. On entering I was really fascinated by the decor. Buffet lunch was very good, as we were provided with the lunch and snack, I'm really not aware of the price range over there.

All facilities are available but service is worst

Outside it looks good. But room war very much old. Bathroom are not cleaned. All rooms required renovation. Not recommended in the given price.

A great place to dock your station if you are looking for a place to stay in Hyderabad. The food is decent, room service can be better. They should definitely update their menu, because we expected to have a bar as it's mentioned on their website, but they said it's not available
