Nice public viewing event with good transport links and direct location on the Rhine

We were guests at a school graduation party. the ambience is appealing, very generous and pleasing architecture. The food according to the occasion average, but edible

The rooms are nice and very clean. I was disappointed to see there were no vegan options, neither for breakfast (except for bread with margarine and Marmelade) nor for the evening or lunch catering. The kitchen staff were completely clueless and kept on recommending vegetarian dishes to me. I was told we should have ordered in advance, which we had done. I would have expected a lot more from a 5 star hotel.

Hotel is getting old and our room was far from clean. Mold in the shower, clogged and smelly drain, dirty wallpaper and bed, no light on the toilet, etc ... the deficiencies we have also reported at the front desk and then the housekeeping was again with us - but there were not really an improvement! When we were out the next day we pointed out again: only a tired smile from the receptionist. Overall for 4 stars very disappointing! Since we were only there for two nights we did not ask for a new room - but then we had to spend 35 extra per night for the extra cleaning fee for our dog being naughty!

Just awesome, absolutely warm, you will be spoiled right. ..

Five stars, but the dishes are not clean; Pictures, screens, etc. are hanging awry - something that can make a three star hotel even better

Booked: Junior Suite
We have been waiting for hours for a technician to fix the TV .. and the room could be really cleaner for the price. A shame!

Very inflexible, despite booking the Junior Suite is the spa use on the day of arrival only from 16 clock possible. The service staff on the phone does not seem adequately informed and is rude.

The Kameha Hans in Bonn is a chic, modern hotel. Located directly on the Rhine, it offers great views. However, rooms facing west face a desolate construction site.
The staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. The Yunico is an elegant Japanese restaurant.

Congress or not, baggie, canned salad and the cheapest sausages at the breakfast buffet (at least that is not due to the congress). The snacks, lunch buffet and dinner were simply catastrophic (but since 5 years of my visit so - to be fair). The package is rounded off by a not even nearly worthy service slow, partly unfriendly and maximally reactive - and the noticeably getting old rooms.

For me still my no 1 in hotels, love the atmosphere, the bar the service ....
I love to be here whether in summer on the beautiful terrace with a view of the Rhine or in winter by the fireplace with hot drinks

The Kameha Grand Bonn is an exceptional hotel and the service is second to none.

Very nice reception. The hotel is in a really great location right on the Rhine. It is, however, a piece to Bonn city center! The hotel has nice and very clean rooms. The hotel bar is a matter of taste in the evening ... a bit of show-walking for those who think they made it ... but overall our visit was really good!

Great ambience right on the Rhine. As a conference venue very well suited.

The hotel manages to combine the style of a true grand hotel with a new design like no other. Barely 30 minutes drive from Cologne, the way is worthwhile even for weekend trips to Cologne. We ate at the Yunico and it does more than it promises - a completely relaxed atmosphere without seeming to prove the star class any moment. Similarly, the breakfast offers a selection that leaves nothing to be desired. The staff was always courteous and friendly - we will be back!

Everything more or less annoying little things, but exactly what I do not expect in a hotel of this category. Things like the lampshade are also things that personnel of such a hotel should "ache" at the sight. They testify to me of little motivation in the preparation of the room and lack of quality control. So my criticism is not only aimed at the cleaning staff, but also at the management.

Reception staff were friendly, but also not motivated. For example, motivated staff inquires about how the guest liked it when they left the house.

To demand money for parking in a hotel, I feel generally outrageous. Twenty euros a day, as in this case, is outrageous and more than bold.

Conclusion: 1 star for the great building, 1 star for the good bed. Overall, more than a disappointment, rather a nuisance.

We stayed at Hotel KAMEHA from May 24th to 27th, 2020. We were just thrilled. The rooms and the entire hotel. Great. The location too. BUT the best part was the staff. Incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. That's how you imagine it. We will definitely come back and recommend the hotel to everyone we know. greetings from Bavaria

Great design and lifestyle hotel located directly on the Rhine. Service Desert Germany? On the contrary, here is the customer (guest) still king in the house. Great service in all areas: fast courteous check in, clean room (superior), nice room service and excellent food. Underground parking also to be recommended, payment in the hotel possible. We were brunch today at the Kameha Grand. The food was very nicely prepared and prepared, you had every choice, from fish, to meat, oysters and seafood, sweet or salty, breakfast and hot food, there was something for everyone! The brunch was a birthday present to our friend, who was very happy about it, so we can definitely recommend this as a gift idea!

Nice hotel but very far from the city and the connection is suboptimal. I have been there many times and the air conditioning in the room is always very noisy. Even on the lowest stages, it is unmistakable. The room itself was clean and the most necessary was inside. Nixht just my first choice in Bonn, but still good.

Very bad location away from everything, but right on the Rhine. Rooms awkward, windows do not open. The "premium rooms" go inside, at events you can forget the night's sleep. Upgrade to the outside costs 30 euros extra. Mini bar filled with empty beer bottles. Breakfast costs extra 29 euros, but is very good. The best thing about the hotel is the pool and restaurant Yunico.

Somewhat older hotel. Breakfast room way too small and hardly any exercise possibilities at the buffet. The most terrible thing is the air conditioning in the hotel. Despite switched on air conditioning, the rooms are too warm and the air stuffy. It is also much too warm in the conference rooms and there is no exchange of air.

Super disappointed . The last time I was there was 10 years ago and it was my birthday. The building is still impressive, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We 3 rooms; In 2 rooms the bed linen was dirty, in one room the water from the washbasin did not run off and the wooden flap that covers the safe was in my hand when I opened it. In the morning at breakfast a rather annoyed employee started to distribute seat cushions ... after 6 chairs she stopped working. Certainly a lot of little things and a few more, but they sharpen an overall impression for a house, which certainly has different requirements ... a shame.

Beautifully designed hotel near the Rhine. Good restaurants with exclusive selection. Especially recommended is the infinity pool overlooking the Rhine.
