I had the pleasure to spend a night here. As a doctor, the modern and interesting architecture of the building stands out positively. The staff are of course very friendly and we were able to check in without any problems in our room. The rooms are modern furnished. There is every imaginable comfort. Before breakfast I was still in the morning swimming on the roof pool. From there you have a great view of Bonn. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. All I can say is that hotel is perfect for anyone looking for a modern hotel in Bonn.

Place to feel good. The rooms were very nice and the staff was always nice and friendly. When I accidentally pressed the wrong button on the door, it did not take long until someone rang the doorbell to ask if my wishes had changed. The spa was very comfortable to relax even if you are not a sauna. And the swimming pool on the roof must be visited alone because of the view.

The pool looks out to a beautiful view.
Good breakfasts are served on the weekends.
The hotel bar is horribly expensive.
Spa treatments are great.

Very interesting hotel. Room very nice. Service very nice. Food (buffet at conference) reasonably good. Right on the banks of the Rhine - the bad weather did not hurt the mood.

we can only advise against a visit! but admittedly, the rooms are quite nice and the decor is a matter of taste! the staff is the big problem: the receptionist we had to pull everything out of the nose when checking in - but the worst was the brasserie: this was one of the worst service of recent years for us. self-evident friendliness seems to be there a foreign word, gant to mention attention or think! example pleasing: I ask for a pen for the bill, the waiter pushes me a pen in hand, which unfortunately expires immediately ... "oh, I think I would need a rag now" - "yes, of course," is the answer, he goes and ... will not come back, but after a short time will continue somewhere else! not recommendable!!!

We visited the Kameha for breakfast. There was everything about food, which you could wish for. The salmon was unfortunately only sporadically launched and the service at the table (new cutlery, new drink, ...) was unfortunately not optimal.

The rooms are now naked. It is only saved and abolished. They just look barren and loveless!

Not anymore what it used to be.
Old, down and dirty! Not recommended anymore. There only helps the change of management. Staff was a bit on the hotel (Alexandra, Fabian, Tobias, Gordon and much more) goes. Those who are there do not care, technology and housekeeping outsourced at 5 stars says it all.
Pity about the nice hotel!

PS especially the terrace is full of rats and there are massive mold and moisture problems that are only cheap covered. Highly questionable!

Great hotel. I was there for a meeting recently and as the hotel was not fully booked, I got a free upgrade. But otherwise I can absolutely recommend this hotel; not only because of its extraordinary design. Here is both the atmosphere and the service. I'll be glad to come back when I'm around. The 5 stars are absolutely deserved.

On the bed frame is a meter high dust layer. That shower gel is all. Sucked was not longer. 23: 01 o'clock no food get more, on the grounds that I am a minute too late. The rooms in general already well rocked down.

The hotel is the very last one! You pay 5 star hotel price you get 2 star luxury. The phone was in my room and the TV did not work at all. The entire hotel is in complete disarray with furnishing style, so that in addition to modern furniture old-fashioned were added. Or weird modern floor tiles, an old-fashioned rug next to it. It looks like all sorts of designs have been hastily diced into the room without worrying about what it looks like. The staff is not always friendly what a 5 star hotel does not work. I think that this hotel is a lot of hype and nothing at all. I would not stay in such a hotel again!

The Kameha Grand is actually more appearance than being. It looks stylish at first glance but the offered is then mixed. This custom was private because I know it from events. The pastry at the lobby bar looks like from a well-known frozen food supplier with upscale prices. The location on the Rhine compensated very, overall very nice. The staff is friendly. The hotel is not suitable for events, the rooms are there but there are better houses, the events professional and flexible support.

Saturday we wanted (4 persons) after an excellent meal in the nearby steak restaurant the evening in the Kameha - bar end. In moderate operation, the order was taken after about 30 minutes. In the next 45 minutes, neither the service nor the ordered cocktails were in sight. When we left the bar and logged out, the wait staff was busy calming down other guests who also complained. No recommendation

First day of arriving the room smelled so bad when asked them they try to fixed the problem and they start giving excuses! Why shall i hear all the excuses when it s not my fault! And as an intrior designer the red color is to much in the way makes your eyes bleeding!! And the bar in the lobby is very bad service!! Also the wifi was not working at all! I regret booking in this hotel! I come to rest in my last destination! First and last time!

Modern and stylish hotel with very nice rooms and a good breakfast. Unfortunately, the very nice spa is much too small for the hotel and also the car park price of 20 euros is quite high. The biggest joke is that on Sunday evening all the restaurants in the hotel (except the bar) and also in the immediate vicinity are closed. Only a steakhouse is within walking distance and was open. I can join the negative impressions. I had 3 days a junior suite (update on the other hand since normal room all occupied). Regular 287 the night. Conclusion: wear, lamp crooked (half off) in the bathroom, wallpaper worn, decorative moldings partially off .... Everything nothing "wild" but inappropriate for the price level. Ambience and flair but impressive. Staff at breakfast was understaffed and therefore messy and latent constantly chaotic. Pity about a beautiful house. Location Top on the Rhine with direct access.

Wellness area comparatively small and crowded - 2 of 3 saunas out of service, bar staff only moderately trained - unfortunately no recommendation for this price.

Unusual design, good food and friendly staff. The rooms are also great as well as the direct Rheinlage. Gladly again!

Stylish and well equiped hotel directly on the river Rhein.
The breakfast is fantastic with a huge choice. In addition to the buffet, they also offer freshly made omlettes without additional charge. Outdoor seating for breakfast is available.
The rooms are comfortable and practical. The fitness center is quite big and they have a small roof-top pool with a view over the river.
The service was good
Only four stars, because the checkout took almost 30 minutes due to extremely long lines in front of the reception desks. This is unacceptable, especially if you have appointments in the morning.

The hotel is certainly an architectural highlight for Bonn, have the feeling that the management has the crew under control. And a disaster is the alpine hut on the Rhine, a good idea but in the execution of an ansolues NOGO. First of all, it is a bit misleading whether the hotel has stars or not. It certainly does not have 5 stars as shown on many booking portals and I cannot find anything in the Dehoga association. Room does not have a fridge as stated. Lt. The receptionist said this is just a temperature holder. However, this was defective with us. In the room there was empty packaging from the accessories (shoe cleaning sponge, etc.). After asking 4 times, we only got bathrobes for the spa area. There was a party in the hotel lobby on New Year's Eve, so we were always searched for weapons or whatever when we entered the hotel. On the roof terrace above the spa, the garbage of other guests was not cleared away for a day. The building itself is modern and attractive, unfortunately the staff is often overwhelmed and more like a simple hostel. Too bad you could actually make a great hotel outside, unfortunately too many omissions on the part of the management

Unfortunately, a lot went wrong here over the course of three days. Reception unavailable all evening on arrival. Eat moderate and cappuccino expensive and bitter at the same time. Service in the restaurant and seminar area is often extremely slow. Incredible lines to check out. The staff seemed to try very hard, but obviously overwhelmed. So thanks to the dedicated staff, but a rebuke to the management. Sorry - you have to have a better grip on a house in this class. For three days I kept trying to make friends with the hotel. I didn't make it with the breakdown series. The beautiful location or the architecture do not reconcile. Pity!

Great place to relax and have a good time. Excellent cuisine, attentive service and very friendly and helpful staff. Point deduction, because unfortunately the choice of cheese for breakfast of such a hotel is absolutely unworthy.

In a good hotel you can expect customer service so you can relax on a weekend. Spa was great, but if you realize late in the evening that you forgot your toothpaste ....... you usually look in the bathroom and find a set. Not here .... so ask at the front desk. After 5 minutes the call back with the message that room service is on the way and the set costs 2 . In a 5-star hotel a NOGO and have never experienced something like that! Put 6!

Great hotel, large spacious well appointed rooms. 1a location. Great view from the pool to the Rhine. Very large selection at breakfast. The buffet at the barbecue in the evening was not very warm. Parking garage is a bit expensive.

Unfortunately, not the standard of a 5-star house. The rooms are very small and partly located to the enclosed courtyard, where also held events. There it is very noisy in the room.
At breakfast there was cheese only on request and the scrambled eggs were cold.
One star you can give, because it is located directly on the Rhine.
