If the food of the brunch on 21.07.19 had not been so excellent, it would have minus five stars. The service was mostly miserable. Tables not ready set, staff almost without exception ungeschult and overwhelmed, together with service manager. The storage table for leftovers, dirty dishes etc. was right in our backs without visual and noise protection (despite long term reservation). It was a series of unpleasant events that are not worthy of a house of this category, and destroyed the special frame (80th birthday). On a subsequent email to the hotel there is so far no reaction.
