Been the for a conference. The location is very suitable and offers large and modern open spaces. Catering was good but seemed to have a bit of problems to keep up the number of guests.
Super modern and stylish hotel right on the Rhine. From the reception to the courtyard, this hotel is beautifully designed and attractive. The staff are very friendly, customer-oriented and endeavored to fulfill customer requirements.
The food was fresh and tasty.
There is an underground car park below the hotel.
I would like to come again.
I find it impossible for the Kameha Grand to indulge in dubious modeling agencies and their mass castings. Simply money making and the young unsuspecting girls can be with the promise of a modeling career start 680 euros out of pocket for 30 photos of which then only 5 are online. Absolute rip-off. You are also thrown out directly if you ask questions or concerns.
The Kameha thus destroys his reputation.
We were in the Rheinalm guest and have eaten well. That it is not cheap was clear to us. 1 star deduction for the burger which could have been juicier and more laid-back but overall was yummy. The espresso for a whopping 3 euros made his name no honor, Crema = false. Too bad.

Innenausstattung vom ganzen Hotel ist super. Zimmer schauen sehr edel aus und waren sauber.
Pool, Spa und Fitness waren 1A und kostenlos.

Price performance is not right, chic hotel with many small deficits. Basically the hotel is nicely decorated and is known for its good service. However, the rooms were not clean. There were stains on the mirrors in the bathroom and the carpet was partly dirty. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was not working, a "craftsman" or "service employee" was provided, but he was not familiar with the system. Furthermore, the reception of mobile networks in the entire complex is very poor, WLAN also did not work 100%. We had both a suite and a premium room, the experience we had with both rooms and the reception was poor at both the Telekom and Vodafone. Parking garage with mega Kameha advertising is private and a day ticket costs mega cheap 20, we also noticed the next day ... I was not satisfied with the stay ...
The food and the rooms are especially great. (The sweeten can really recommend.) The view from the pool is great. The staff are nice helpful and friendly.

Absolutely unprofessional complaint management! (Apparently not an isolated case, as can be seen in the reviews). Our complaint about hours of nightly party noise until the early hours of the morning was met with a half-hearted regret email after two weeks. And this despite the fact that according to the staff, many guests had complained at check-out and the case was now 'dealt with' collectively. You have to know that the hotel has obviously accepted the noise pollution approvingly, since according to staff it had been informed about the DJ booked at the nightly event. All the more dubious if complaints are simply not responded to at all or only after multiple contacts. We will now go the 'official' way and report the defect in writing. Too bad the location of the house is good, but such business behavior seems more than dubious.
A fantastic concert in a suitable environment. The Kameha offers the atmosphere to feel good and enjoy.

I was not a overnight guest, but only a meeting and bar guest at the Kameha Grand. The service leaves a lot to be desired, staff at the bar sluggish and rude. No comparison with other houses of this category. I can not rate the rooms, my rating refers exclusively to the service in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel on the river. Superior rooms with large walk-in shower area. Michelin rated restaurant- breakfast was included. Great wine list at the super comfortable yet modern hotel lobby bar.

Unfortunately we are very disappointed. The house has 5 stars, you can not understand that. Having breakfast at the bar, finger food without napkins, the table in the bar with inlaid glass plate molds on the edges. No nuts or anything similar to the drinks at the bar. The staff greets only if you speak to them directly. I could list a lot of little details. There are nothing positive, the house and the stars justified. Should have read the reviews of the other guests. Then rather 4 stars, but clean!
2 of 5 towels were dirty, at the dinner 45min waited for the waiter and the first drink. Breakfast is nothing special for 24 . Expecting more.
Like working there and all the staff are really nice and know what they do. Holiday I would do there.
As a family in transit, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! We were very impressed by the friendliness of the team, the beautiful spa area (especially the view from the pool of the Rhine) and the location of the hotel. This made it possible for us to cycle directly along the Rhine to Bonn. The breakfast also left nothing to be desired! This hotel is a figurehead for Bonn!
Were brunch for 70 per person. Service was courteous at first, but then decreased a lot. An order for a bottle of mineral water was equally unsuccessful for 2 employees. When we went home completely dying of thirst, they also charged us 2 glasses of wine too much for a total of over 370.
Conclusion: Since you take better care of your guests in every corner restaurant, they will never see us again .....
Very nice hotel with good brasserie and excellent food. I really enjoyed it and will definitely go back soon. Clear recommendation!
Except for the location, the value for money is not right. The breakfast was nothing special and it was very cold in the dining room. The furniture was partly worn out. Unfortunately disappointing.

On June 17th, 2017 at around 11 p.m. I and my companion visited the hotel bar of the Kameha Grand. This is located directly behind the main entrance and is very tastefully decorated. We took a seat on a red horseshoe-shaped leather sofa that we had to ourselves. There wasn't much going on anyway, about 80% of the places were still free. Nevertheless, it took what felt like an eternity before someone came to us and took the order: 1 mojito and 1 water.
The water came in a small portion bottle, so you couldn't go wrong. The cocktail (approx. 0.25 liters) was, however, a single disappointment. There wasn't a single lime in the mojito, apparently lime concentrate was used. The mint leaves, which are usually mashed with the limes, were placed in the glass as a piece of mint branch, but could not develop their taste that way. Also, they obviously didn't have any crushed ice available and used simple ice cubes instead. The end result was a mixture without the typical taste that didn't deserve the name mojito.
However, one did not hesitate to reach the bill all the more properly. 14 euros [sic!] Just for the cocktail were brazen in view of what was on offer, but perhaps symptomatic. 'Grand' obviously stands for the price level, not the performance (although I can only judge the bar).
Conclusion: The worst mojito I've ever been served, at the absolute highest price.

OK. Wellness with a view of the Rhine, but a total of many more or less small sums up too disturbing. Reception is not recognizable. Creative saves you the lettering. Elevator needs a map and then not. Wellness is without a guide. Safe closet little obvious. Saved were hotel info. the pressed osaft is noisy. View of the Rhine blocked. Etc.

The value for money for food was correct neither at breakfast, nor a "snack" for a lot of money in the bar. The selection of the breakfast buffet was poor and in unfortunately cold (scrambled eggs etc) and the snack was simply nothing spiced.

A nice and very noble hotel. Not quite mine, but that's a matter of taste. The rooftop pool is awesome with a sauna and a steam room. Unfortunately too small for the many people to relax properly. The price is OK. Breakfast with 24 too expensive.
All in all, 4 stars.

Super satisfied. We arrived quite disappointing from another hotel here. We were welcomed immediately. The rooms are wonderful, the food very good but the service excellent. A big compliment to the staff Karl Sven has taken care of our concerns incredibly friendly. With such nice employees, relaxing is easy. Thank you, we'll be back.

To get a 5 star rating, the service has yet to raise to a 5 star hotel level. Staff always friendly and endeavors, however, especially in the service area still very much improved. This is much better with the estimated prices for food and drinks!

Drawback: breakfast. Little choice. We had asked at the time of the reservation and on arrival if it was possible to offer something vegan (were 3 people who had this wish), it was clear in the buffet what vegan but actually very little. In times when so many people are dealing with nutrition, it would have been nice to offer soy milk. The grill veggies were delicious, but apart from bread, margarine and jam, the only thing left to choose from was the case. A pack of vegan cheese costs 2 euros. It would have been nice if such an option z. B. as would have had. Nevertheless, 5 stars, because at the alpine hut outside actually a vegan menu was offered.
The prices at the bar were extremely expensive. But is a 5 star hotel ...
On the whole: we liked it a lot.
The Kameha Grand is always a pleasure to stay at. They have a great fitness facility and spa. The lounge is equally as good for drinks and food. It's always my first choice when staying in Bonn.

The house does not deserve its 5 *. The reservation was made for 3 adults in a junior suite. Bed, towels, bathrobe were missing for the third person on arrival. Interior is partially badly battered: leg to chair was bent so that my friend fell as she sat down. Wallpaper comes off, light switch on stem are difficult to operate. Consultation with service staff was difficult ...
Very luxurious. However, the outside area could be designed much more lovingly (outside lighting could be switched on / repaired, the lawn was unfortunately dried out and the inner courtyard should be illuminated as before (this is expected in a 5 star hotel)
