Great business hotel somewhat outside downtown Bonn. The hotel has a different design, very modern and with an own type of style, but I liked it. The rooms, service and restaurant is above everything - just as you expect it from a five stars hotel. It has a very impressive location right at the river front with a great view.
One of the nicest places I have ever been. Chic interior. Everything has been furnished with great attention to detail. Spa area with rooftop pool and sauna. I will rave about the excellent breakfast all my life. Such a huge selection! Even smoothies to make yourself, exotic fruit ...
The only point of criticism: If you already hang a dartboard in the room, you should make sure that it is hung up properly (the top 20 in the middle) and the darts are also intact.
Entrance area for Christmas without decoration. Way to restaurant NEXT LEVEL poorly signposted.
Waiting times for starter and main course very long. Drinks would not be refilled. Reordering was difficult as the waiter apparently had no time. Appetizers Soup without taste but then a bit expensive. Main course is unfortunately arrived cold at the table. After complaining and another 10 minutes wait to get a new hot dish. Unfortunately, my expectations have not been met.
The coffee and cake in the restaurant were quite tasty.
The best hotel I have stayed in Germany and France is very wonderful and directly on the Rhine River location and flawed bookings difficult to frequent frequent ,,, I advise him and hard not think of other ,,, good price compared to other ,,,
More appearance than reality.
This hotel rests on its stars, and not only is customer service poor, but complaints are simply ignored and denied. We spent 2 nights there both of which had loud parties. The first night until 1 a.m. and the second night until shortly before 4 a.m. In response to an oral complaint at the reception, we, like other hotel guests, only received the information that the events were approved and that the hands of the staff were tied. If that was the case, why weren't we informed about it when we made the booking, and why aren't we even given a room that is on the quieter side?
In addition, I reported 3 times in the afternoon and evening to the reception that the room had not been made, despite the promise that this would still happen, we had to spend the second night in an unmade bed or room.
We had to leave the hotel at 6:00 a.m. and could not have breakfast as this was only possible from 7:00 a.m. Despite the announcement of this fact, the hotel did not offer us a packed lunch. Only after a direct request was this confirmed.
When we left, we complained again about all of these incidents and received confirmation from reception that this would be passed on to management. After 14 days we still had no reaction to it. We have therefore made this complaint again in writing.
Now the reaction! The management is dealing with these incidents! There would have been no noise pollution and the rest was just ignored. Now judge for yourself whether this hotel is worth its stars. For us a clear no!
Parking enough available, staff always friendly, everything was very clean and well equipped
Hotel in Neo-Barock/80ties style. Bit overdone. Decent rooms & service. Not too much going on but relaxed atmosphere and great view if you have the right room and dont miss the pool. Unfortunately the servive is a bit slow and not too smart. Almost missed my flight because they told me there would always be Taxis in front of the hotel in the morning and i do not need to order one advance. Surprise - there wasnt and it takes quite long for a cab to get there.

The service was a disaster today (21.12.19) at the bar in the lobby. 1.5 hours waiting time to be served a drink ... the staff reacted cheekily and unprofessionally to requests. One would think that this hotel category should work differently. The personnel selection should definitely be reconsidered here. !!!

Geil location. The Rhine is right in front of the hotel, a great terrace and a beautiful atmosphere. Unfortunately not central. But otherwise great.
Are regulars first hour, but the hotel and the service has decreased ... is nothing special! Lots of stuff totally worn out. The current owner would rather not invest in the hotel anymore and prefer to spend money with it ... ambiance and clientele have changed significantly ... we will not be back

Not everything that glitters is gold. However, the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff is remarkable. Everything is great. Personally, my stay at the RheinAlm was the best. Hard to believe that you are not in the mountains and the view of the mountains is priceless.

Great hotel right on the Rhine. Unfortunately with some shortcomings. Ventilation in the room runs loud day and night. Light switches are secret science. Underground parking 20 euros per day.

Were in the Japanese restaurant a Michelin star show for our wedding anniversary. We spoil for over 3 hours with very friendly and attentive waiter / in the food a dream from the Japanese kitchen with many small treats. Great ambience until next year.
Getting across Bonn rather difficult, but the hotel itself makes a clean, organized and modern impression! I visited a fair here, so can not say to the rooms ...
Had a great time there. Amazing decoration and architecture, excellent service. The Rhine is so close and very impressive. Quiet surrounding, not so far from central Bonn (15 min. via taxi).

Overnight stay on way home from Interlaken. Very extravagant new hotel. Comfy rooms but you need an electronic degree to work the lighting. Very good buffet breakfast ...with champagne included!! Would visit again if in the area.
A luxurious and modern hotel on the outskirts in a new development area. The reception was warm and attentive. The room comfortable and quiet. The design is intended for everyone who is looking for something extraordinary. You can buy a moped in the foyer. A ski hut on the Rhine also belongs to the house. Bus connection to the city without any problems. I can only recommend this house. The only downside: the sidewalk in front of the hotel was ruthlessly parked by hotel guests to save the parking garage. In my opinion, the house management is also asked here how this can be solved.

Blender Hotel, great presentation nothing behind it. Small wellness area, poor service at check inn and breakfast. Waiting time at check inn, too long wait at the bar (staff obviously overstrained), room cleaning poor. Late check out is simply canceled and you are thrown out of the room!

Through numerous hotel apps, I came across this extremely exclusive hotel, because it has an outside pool, which is otherwise very unusual for this region, with a gigantic, fascinating view down the Rhine valley or up. Because it is an extravagant hotel, the accommodations and prices are matched to the ambience.

Christmas brunch was the last. Absolutely bad service. Many fries stands make it much better. Too bad that we were there with 15 people. Never again.

We wanted to treat ourselves to a break in the most beautiful room , the King Suite, last weekend, but unfortunately this backfired.
The remains of a supposedly wild party night greeted us on the actually beautiful roof terrace. (Pizza boxes, empty alcohol bottles, used glasses)
We understood this to the staff and at the same time placed our order for drinks, as there wasn't even a bottle of water in the suite - apart from small touches -
After 10min. hung in a queue, the staff answered the phone with an extremely bad connection (?). Waiting time for Diet Coke, Coke and water: 45 minutes. Okay we thought it was a tough time. At the same time, we were informed during the phone call that we would be informed about the late check-out within an hour. Nothing.
We then ordered something to eat out, as we could guess the waiting times - we are talking about a night of over 1000 including breakfast in the room.
Which brings us to the next topic:
On arrival we filled out a slip of paper and had breakfast for the following morning
Ordered 10:00 a.m.
After we called at 10:30 am, we were informed that the note had gone under. At 11:00 we called again - meanwhile annoyed - because we still didn't know if and when we can / should check out. The condensed milk for the coffee (machine in the room) had expired and came out of the packaging in yogurt. A bad consolation for the long wait for the breakfast ordered.
Breakfast then came at 11:20 am, dried out vegetables, old, dry cushions, etc. We couldn't speak.
We were reduced the surcharge for breakfast in the room ( 30.00) and we were informed that the management would be in touch with us. Nothing came even after we tried again yesterday.
With all understanding for the current situation, that is not possible.

The design of the hotel is very special and aesthetic, the room is very comfortable and spacious, the equipment is fully equipped, providing quality sputum and towels. The beds are also very high and spacious with 6 x 8 inches. This quality is not expensive at all.

Conference guest not overnight guest, great, delicious, imaginative food. Very good meeting and buffet organization. One point deduction for the organization at the coffee bar. Why does the coffee for self-service have to be right where the specialties are served and everything is knobbly, instead of polishing glasses and cups, the 2nd force could also support the operation of the machine with preparations. And so it takes the whole break to come to a cappuccino.
