We wanted to treat ourselves to a break in the most beautiful room , the King Suite, last weekend, but unfortunately this backfired.
The remains of a supposedly wild party night greeted us on the actually beautiful roof terrace. (Pizza boxes, empty alcohol bottles, used glasses)
We understood this to the staff and at the same time placed our order for drinks, as there wasn't even a bottle of water in the suite - apart from small touches -
After 10min. hung in a queue, the staff answered the phone with an extremely bad connection (?). Waiting time for Diet Coke, Coke and water: 45 minutes. Okay we thought it was a tough time. At the same time, we were informed during the phone call that we would be informed about the late check-out within an hour. Nothing.
We then ordered something to eat out, as we could guess the waiting times - we are talking about a night of over 1000 including breakfast in the room.
Which brings us to the next topic:
On arrival we filled out a slip of paper and had breakfast for the following morning
Ordered 10:00 a.m.
After we called at 10:30 am, we were informed that the note had gone under. At 11:00 we called again - meanwhile annoyed - because we still didn't know if and when we can / should check out. The condensed milk for the coffee (machine in the room) had expired and came out of the packaging in yogurt. A bad consolation for the long wait for the breakfast ordered.
Breakfast then came at 11:20 am, dried out vegetables, old, dry cushions, etc. We couldn't speak.
We were reduced the surcharge for breakfast in the room ( 30.00) and we were informed that the management would be in touch with us. Nothing came even after we tried again yesterday.
With all understanding for the current situation, that is not possible.
Thank you for the efforts on the part of the service staff, who cannot help it!
