More appearance than reality.
This hotel rests on its stars, and not only is customer service poor, but complaints are simply ignored and denied. We spent 2 nights there both of which had loud parties. The first night until 1 a.m. and the second night until shortly before 4 a.m. In response to an oral complaint at the reception, we, like other hotel guests, only received the information that the events were approved and that the hands of the staff were tied. If that was the case, why weren't we informed about it when we made the booking, and why aren't we even given a room that is on the quieter side?
In addition, I reported 3 times in the afternoon and evening to the reception that the room had not been made, despite the promise that this would still happen, we had to spend the second night in an unmade bed or room.
We had to leave the hotel at 6:00 a.m. and could not have breakfast as this was only possible from 7:00 a.m. Despite the announcement of this fact, the hotel did not offer us a packed lunch. Only after a direct request was this confirmed.
When we left, we complained again about all of these incidents and received confirmation from reception that this would be passed on to management. After 14 days we still had no reaction to it. We have therefore made this complaint again in writing.
Now the reaction! The management is dealing with these incidents! There would have been no noise pollution and the rest was just ignored. Now judge for yourself whether this hotel is worth its stars. For us a clear no!
