Unfortunately, a lot went wrong here over the course of three days. Reception unavailable all evening on arrival. Eat moderate and cappuccino expensive and bitter at the same time. Service in the restaurant and seminar area is often extremely slow. Incredible lines to check out. The staff seemed to try very hard, but obviously overwhelmed. So thanks to the dedicated staff, but a rebuke to the management. Sorry - you have to have a better grip on a house in this class. For three days I kept trying to make friends with the hotel. I didn't make it with the breakdown series. The beautiful location or the architecture do not reconcile. Pity!
