In the room there was empty packaging from the accessories (shoe cleaning sponge, etc.). After asking 4 times, we only got bathrobes for the spa area. There was a party in the hotel lobby on New Year's Eve, so we were always searched for weapons or whatever when we entered the hotel. On the roof terrace above the spa, the garbage of other guests was not cleared away for a day. The building itself is modern and attractive, unfortunately the staff is often overwhelmed and more like a simple hostel.
