NOT GOOD FOR BIG EVENTS OR GROUP BOOKINGS. From the time we started business with them till the wedding, it was utter chaos. Within the 8 month period leading up to the wedding, the department in charge of doing our group bookings had 5 people leave the company, with each person leaving our account in shambles. All updates to guest names, number of rooms, number of days of stay, who paid or not, and even providing a link for our guests to book (that took 4 months?!?!) was never done correctly or updated. Even though we ended up earning them 10000 Euros for just 2 days of business, they managed to alienate even us, the wedding couple, because they booked us for one night instead of two. When we came back from breakfast, we were locked out of our room. The keycards wouldn't function and they sent us back and forth for ONE HOUR until they realized their mistake. They charged my guests again, even though they had prepaid. Two months on, they are still waiting for their refund. The rooms look pretty, but they were so hot, not even the air conditioning seemed to work (you can't open a window either). The bathrooms look nice until you realize the architecture is aesthetically beautiful, but useless. You have no privacy in the bathroom since everything is made of glass and there is no soundproofing. The lights switches are some new invention that makes no sense, so you are pressing all 6 buttons to figure out what they are. When you turn the lights on in the bathroom, they are so bright (and since the bathroom is made of glass), the bedroom is also lit up (NO ONE CAN SLEEP). Breakfast was good, spa was ok, but small. Not worth the money, planning and energy.
