We had a very nice time (3.4.19 to 4.4.19), we are looking forward to the next visit. The spa area is very nice, unfortunately our appointments were not registered. However, we received our treatment two hours later the same day. The Spa employee has made a lot of effort, dates postponed, so we did not look forward to the appointment in vain and we even donated a drink. Great service, are very excited !! The breakfast was also delicious, the service staff very accommodating. The room had a very nice view of the Rhine, we felt very comfortable on our first visit to a luxury hotel! Update :) Stayed here for the second time yesterday for one night. It was just perfect. Thank you for the great time, my mother and I will never forget this overnight stay (7.5.19) !!! We have never experienced something so generous. We will be back.
