Wonderful swim at beautiful, spacious pool, decorated with Christmas lights and tree. Excellent C-19 protocols. Really good atmosphere at their Christmas Swims on Boxing Day. Have been visiting for over 12 years and each visit has always been a welcoming and positive experience.

I swim in this exceptional outdoor heated pool twice a month. I love the warm water, ambience and the sauna. I avoid busy times and high summer as I like the peace and quiet here during off peak hours.

Just been sent out after 1h30 minutes

Been told that this is an charity group and is nothing that can be made where I've told to the reception I called 2 days ago and asked about the schedule and was told that is open until 7 pm on one mention about weekend timings.i think the duties in reception is to be welcoming the guest which is not made that's why you don't know about opening and closing time!!! I feel like I've been robbed ,very disappointed as even if is a charity group and they aren't helped by no one that's do not mean that when you work in reception you can't provide every costumers with details do not cost anything!!!!
Cost only to send someone home unhappy and ruining the day!!!

Use to come here as a child and loved it. Went back today after 10 years and was very disappointed of all of the young staff who were rude and obnoxious, and I was absolutely disgusted by the way the lifeguards spoke to many of the children really shouting at them. There are ways of communicating to young children and being firm but not shouting in such a terrible tone of voice. Maybe the younger members of staff need to go on a communication course. One ofnyour door staff spoke to my mother he only looked about 12 was shocking, in the way and manner in which he spoke to her. It's such a shame as such a lovely pool and grounds however for me the staff hugely let it down. I wouldn't be surprised if this is the first complaint you've had on this issue. Regards, Jade

Hampton pool is a nice place to spend with kids.
In my opinion there is plenty of space they should get another pool just for activities so they don't need to close part of the pool and gets crowded. they should also get a little park for the kids to play. They will profit more if they use the space built more things and do more activities.

I'm sorry to say, 1st we waited for 1hour outside due to the cue. 2nd we reached the changing rooms and they stank of wee and it was disgusting to even think of changing in that changing room, the experience at the pool was ok. Not really much space to go around in the children's pool, 3rdly and the worst my daughter was playing inside the pool and I notice her walking out as if she was hurt and then I notice that her feet was cut something inside the pool cut her feet and it was bleeding. I take her to the nearest lifeguard and she was kind she took care of her however we were informed that the stairs inside the pool were sharp in some areas which may have caused the cut, the second life guard informed us that the tiles inside the children swimming pool were damaged and may have caused the cut, im like i can't believe what im hearing, a childreen swiiming pool with sharp edges on thevStairs inside the pool? Tiles not correctly fixed that can cause cuts on childreens litle fieets? And the pool is still in use? Me and my husband felt some stones inside the pool and my husband told the second lifeguard and he then requested my husband to go and find the stones inside the swimming pool and give it him!????.Now honestly I'm lost here, he later apologized and said he misunderstood what my husband said. Anyway, it's a shame if only safety measures were taken and a far much more hygiene precautions taken this would have been a good place to return.

My partner swims here on Christmas day. It feels a bit too warm in summer! The only other pools he likes are Charlton Lido and the Olympic pool in Stratford. Charlton Lido is not as warm but feels fresher in the summer..

Came here for night swim in December with my family.
Such a great thing to experience and blow some of the xmas cobwebs away.
Pool was warm, not as warm as you'd expect but after jumping in and the intial gasp it was fine!
Kids loved it as did we. Swimming around under the stars with xmas lights all around and glow sticks in the water it was a great time had. Worth a go!
They have a few of these through the yr so keep an eye out as the do get booked up quickly.
Tha actual facilities are a little worn and in need of updating, changing rooms, cafe area, the one upsatirs, is tiny and needs to have some work done to improve the size and options available.
Other than that great place for summer sun and winter swims!

Great pool !

Best lido in London. Fantastic because they actually heat their water which is great for people with ailments. I love the green lawn next to the pool and the cafe overlooking it all. It could be a bit cleaner but just wear flip flops and then it s fine. Arrive early morning on the busy summer days to avoid swimming in sunscreen soaked water... what really needs to change is the closing hours. Why is it 5pm on so many days in the summer??

Bank Holiday, and probably the only sunny day for months.... And they are closing the pool. Somebody will have to give us a really good answer. Council!? Having a pint at the pub??? Even a wheelchair kid was held 45 min in the sun.
