I do not recommend this clinic to any patient. My partner has had a very serious traffic accident and with only 10 physiotherapy sessions (heat, current and 15 minutes with the physical) they have told him that he was recovered. He told the doctor who passes the consultation there that he was still unable to move his neck to the left side and also not bend over due to low back pain, and yet he has been discharged. It is a clinic that works with insurers and they are interested in discharging you quickly so that they do not have to pay excessively, despite continuing with injuries. Due to the poor care of this doctor and not giving an objective and real criterion of the injuries of the patients, this clinic is disastrous.

My experience was terrible: I went there for tendinitis in the foot and the rehabilitating doctor evaluated me correctly, but then nobody ever touched my foot. They sent me to a cubicle for 5 minutes to put myself a laser where I would like, and then to another cubicle to apply an ultrasound myself. At no time did anyone ask me where my pain was, or what my pain was like, nor did they give me exercises at home, nor any kind of advice. I was prescribed 10 sessions, by the sixth my pain had worsened so much that I stopped going and nobody called me to ask if I was okay. I would not repeat.

I have been in the clinic for two months, I finished last August 29, after an important wrist intervention with titanium plate and screws. The famous Dr. Rozalen (it would be when I finished the career that I would have more enthusiasm for his work) he saw me the first day, he spoke for the collar of his shirt, he didn't even listen to you, he just put a treatment and point. He has not seen me again, he has not followed me up, nor has he ever worried about the evolution of my wrist. At the end of my treatment, I wanted a report where I say the treatment received and the evolution, well, they tell me that the Doctor does not do it, that if I want it, it is 100. I went to Dr. Rozalen's office after an intervention due to rupture of the cube and radius in the middle third, the first day I had a small meeting with the Dr in which I scheduled the treatment to be followed. The treatment by the Dr as all the clinic staff is unbeatable, the facilities are up to date with all the novelties in physiotherapy. It is wonderful to be able to go to a center of this level and also covered by my society. They have opened a new clinic in the Ensanche de Vallecas street Corral de Almaguer and have modern equipment for rehabilitation. In my case they sent me shock waves to treat a calcium tendonitis in the shoulder and they also gave me laser sessions, shortwave and manual massage. Terrible service. I do not doubt the good intention and professionalism of the physiotherapists who work in this place, however the management of the clinic only shows me that it is completely improvised and there is no objective follow-up on the patients. On the other hand, they show that it is a business that partly takes advantage of health services insurers and they are only interested in swiping the card each time the patient is going to undergo treatment. How can you track the progress of patients when in a week you are treated by 3 different physiotherapists for only 15 minutes? Not to mention the fact of having to tell each one the same story every time they attend to you. Is there not a file with the patient's history available for each physio? You always have to wait until you are lucky for a worker to pass by you so that you can turn on the machine that you have hopefully accommodated yourself because they are not there for that. However, be careful with requesting a postponement of the appointment because perhaps an unforeseen event arose, there you lose your appointment. At the end of October 2018 I had a traffic accident, I came recommended to this clinic through a close relative. The surprise came when we found out that they had a special service for traffic accidents. Very poor experience since the medical assessment. It is not a matter of the professionals who work there, but of how it works and how it is organized. Incredible team of professionals, it is not easy to rehabilitate a knee after four operations and with them I am getting it. The treatment I am doing in the clinic of the Corral de Almaguer street, the first two months David attended me and since then Maria and on some occasion Maria Jesus. The treatment consists of magnet therapy, manual therapy, occasional laser and gym exercises. I can not put a fault, neither to the facilities and machinery, much less to the staff, where I always receive a familiar and affectionate treatment (the spirit and motivation, are also very important in a recovery). Without forgetting of course the professionalism of the whole team, starting with Dr. Rozalen, the physiotherapists (for whom I only have words of thanks) and for the administrative and reception staff. I called to do a PCR, they treated me super well, they gave me an appointment quickly and I went to the clinic. So far so good. I went, they did the PCR and they actually gave me the result in 15 minutes.

One of the best physiotherapy clinics I know in the Salamanca neighborhood area. They care about patients. The reception girls very friendly! And my shoulder recovered !!!
I opted for this clinic because of its proximity and because they told me that they practiced rehabilitation with Indiba-type radiofrequency devices. When I started with them, and saw that they did not include it among my assigned therapies, I asked and they told me that it was not for companies, only for private treatments.
Even so, I was confident that the means they had were also useful and I was not aware of the poor rehabilitation that they practice there for patients who come for medical society until I went to another center. The halls and hallways are crowded and there are frequent waits for machines.
The staff just tick the box on the visitor's card and put the machine into operation in the area that you tell them. They usually remember your injured area, but not ailment, so the recovery monitoring is null, until you return to your doctor at the end of the treatment.
There they did not apply manual therapy (massage) to me, nor did they indicate exercises that I could do to recover. Not all rehab clinics that work with ASISA are like this. I completed the planned sessions by closeness, but later realized that it had been a complete waste of time.
