Good food and vibe but disgusting that only one toilet open for a floor of at least 100 seats. It is probably illegal. Queue of 20 min meandering through the whole ground floor. All because management decided to lock downstairs toilets. Very uncivilised and downright nasty.

Unfortunately, this place has lost any connection to the Turkish kitchen / culture. Each time when I am in central London I am having the same coffee (caramel macchiato) and a biscuit cake. However, for some reason they messed up my coffee this time and it taste extremely bitter. I asked the waiter to change it, however, he offered me only to add more milk in it. I was shocked about this! This is definitely not what I would expect from a decent place delivering service at upper class. I think it is definitely not my fault when they are not able to make a simple caramel macchiato. Staff were extremely rude anyway. I believe it happened because it was busy as usual on a Saturday. Anyway I couldn't drink the caramel macchiato and needed to order a cappuccino (which was fine) and paid for two coffees at the end! This is definitely a NO GO! Very poor service!

Popular cafe with a good selection of cakes. Tried a salep (a Turkish beverage made using flour prepared from the tubers of orchid) for the first time and would recommend! Please be aware that there is only 1 toilet for the ladies and another for the gents. When the cafe is busy, customers would need to wait for the bathroom as experienced with my visit over the weekend

If there is no baklava in EID( bayram) very disappointing!! we'll see tonight.

Very kind and friendly staff. They need to sort out their wifi though :) it usually doesn't work.

I had never heard of this place before but, am so happy I came across it on TripAdvisor. Their selection of chocolates is a sight for all the senses. The coffees are great and the desserts are beautiful.

Delicious and fresh bakery, huge variety of drinks and food. Their afternoon tea is so good (so many chocolates). Definitely recommended.

Except for Turkish coffee. Every dessert was style over substance. Very subpar food. Just stick to coffee.

Good food, but service is crap - management needs to think about hiring more staff! We waited 15 mins in between ordering and coffee and another 15-20 for the bill.....not good! Must have more waiters!

Was pleasantly surprised when I saw this in St. James's street in London the other day. Nice Turkish coffee and amazing deserts.

The good food combined with consistently friendly service make this my go-to place for lunch in this bit of London. I pop in here whenever I need to get a light lunch near Piccadilly. It is surprisingly big inside. Food is great - I particularly like the small potato pasty things called borekitas. Excellent range of different coffees.

There are surly stuff and don't allow for 2 minutes prayer in a small corner.(Even though they are known as Muslim company based in Turkey.

Great authentic Turkish coffee house, delicious treats/cakes/ice-cream. Fast attentive service; typical London prices but well worth the visit.

The place has a good spot but unfortunately the staff is rubbish. They do NOT know how to communicate and provide good customer service. They were rude, unfriendly and careless. Never go there again and I would NOT recommended. Also overpriced.

Today s visit was my first time to this place based on reviews and recommendations. It has a quite nice ambiance and staff was very friendly. I ve tried the salep and it tasted superb. The others had cake, coffee snd ice and were very happy with their orders. This place is located near the Piccadilly Circus snd easy to reach. I d sincerely recommend it.

Had salep tea and pastries. Also bought almond dark chocolate. Really nice atmosphere and nicely decorated. Traditional Turkish coffee shop. Serves food as well.

Great location and that is just one of the many things I love about Kahve Dunyasi! All the members of the staff are so friendly and helpful and having a cup of coffee in there is a great experience I am looking forward to having again!

The children's menu is almost outdated. Chocolates have awkward taste.

Lovely place. The food is really good and my favourite is the pistachio ice cream and the biscuit cake. There are pastries and sandwiches available also. I love that the place is fully Halal and in central London. Absolutely recommend it!

Good food, great deserts, terrible terrible service.

I ordered coffee to take away, as I had to make a call and go back to the office. But before I even managed to leave I been asked to do so, as I didn't order to 'have it in'? Maybe I could understand if the place was full, but only few tables were taken. Why buy coffee there if treated without the respect of your choice to have it in or out? Never experienced such a service. Will I go back? 100% that no. And sorry to say, but it doesn't look like a seated restaurant only, it looks like a regular coffee shop with lots of chocolates.

Really impressed with the food and drink here. Not dramatically more expensive than the high street chains it was surrounded by, but this place was a cut above the rest.

Great coffee house with Chocolate, bit annoyed that they add a service charge without informing you.

Had a frappe which was underwhelmingly lukewarm, and bore no evidence of having even been near a fridge, let alone ice. The waitress made us feel like we were a bother while ordering, she seemed fairly inexperienced. My friend bumped into another waitress in the bathroom who didn't wash her hands after using the toilet. Really quite disappointed with this pricey and flash-looking cafe.

Very disappointed unfortunately:( place looks very nice, is perfectly located, fresh mint tea was great, however macarons were not fresh and very dry and service was awful. Waitress was very rude, unfriendly and really not motivated to leave a good impression. Worth mentioning that the other waitress (blonde young lady) was very nice, however I had bad luck to be served by the rude one:)

Not Happy at all.

It used to be a great place for a long time. However since the last year the coffee cups become so tiny it's hard to belive they are not empty.

The menu is misleading. The pictures size doesn't correlate with the size of food and drinks you are getting. Coffe cups are tiny, sandwiches are small (despite the fact they are good)! I drink macchiato (on the picture) in 3 small sips.

In Costa I would get a 2 full cups and 20 times more volume compare to what I paid here.

The place sutable is only for a tiny cup coffe lovers.

Amazing sweet selection and good place for a coffee. Bit pricey for a latte but they do come with a chocolate spoon.

The layout and amount of high quality food is breath taking and the staff are very friendly.

There has been a poor service during my every visit. The employees never smile. Even to order you wait around 10-20 minutes and you probably have to call the waiter 3-4 times as you they don't come after one or even two calls.

The Middle Eastern atmosphere is nice, but Zionists found God taking them off, they tightened my chest

Best Coffee in London!! Amazing chocolates and Turkish coffee. Also a good selection of cakes and is a wonderful place to have afternoon tea. Highly recommended!

Love the hot chocolate here! It's a gem that you must visit if you're around Green Park/ Piccadilly Circus!

Love this place so much..
But it became very very very expensive.

Came here with a group of 7 friends on a Friday night 30 minutes before their closing time. Welcoming and friendly staff made us aware that we did not have much time, but they were still happy to take our orders and serve their delicious coffees and teas, as long as we placed our orders and settled the bill before 10pm. They were not fussed if we wanted to stay a bit longer at our table to enjoy our drinks without rushing to get out.
My Turkish coffee with mastic was very smooth & delicious and it came with a real chocolate spoon :) Very tiny cup though, especially when 2/3 of the cup was filled with coffee mud.
The pear tart and raspberry cheesecake were a great accompaniment to go with the coffee.
Hot chocolate was too sweet, according to my friend.
Quite expensive, presumably due to the location.
Their food and coffees are presented very beautifully, and they have one of the most amazing displays of chocolates and cakes :)

Excellent sweets and superior chocolate. Coffee too. Service a bit chaotic but charming nevertheless. Very expensive but some things are worth the money other ones not so. Still, one of my favourite places for chocolate and hot drinks.

I really enjoyed my toasted cheese sandwich not many places can get it done the way I like nice and hot and bubbly place was clean very quiet couldn't take a better photo as there was a power failure so only emergency light was on

A favorite place for coffee in London. They have regular coffee in addition to Turkish coffee. Nice ice cream, desserts and Turkish pastry.

Lovely atmosphere. I have visited this place more than once. Delicious cakes and pastries. You should definitely try the chocolate fondue!

I doubt you will ever find a chocolate cake as rich and creamy as the ones here, and perfectly done every time! This is by far my favourite place to go to for dessert. There are so many good cake option and they have a wide selection of chocolates, coffees, macarons and ice cream.

Kept on coming back here coz the place is spacious. Desserts and coffee especially halep is soo good.
