As expected, nice place & coffee. Important for me that I can get all chocolate lard-free. It s the next door to Waterstone bookstores.
A really nice place as well as coffee .. Another advantage to me as a Muslim is that the chocolate offered is lean

I often go there when I want to meet a friend to have some nice chats. The food is taster, mostly if you like chocolate and coffee! They have savoury and sweet food (sandwich, differents cakes thatvyou don't see anywhere else, waffles, milkshake etc...) all with resonable prices. The place is cosy. I definitely recommende this place.

The food was good and the service however they did mix with my order since the bartender was second English speaker he got confused with my order when I told them they want to charge bartender for so I sticked with what he has given me especially it is not that much difference

Excellent service from a friendly team. The food is very good quality and fresh, unlike some other shops.

The displays are attractive and the chocolate and macaroni selection is well worth a visit. Good disabled loo and amenable to disabled patrons without being fussy or patronising.

A great place for coffee and cake. Been a few times and always happy to return. Just a quick visit this time to buy some of their coffee beans. Espresso this time. Looking forward to trying it. Never been disappointed with their other blends

(I've been to the original ones in Turkey, so this is pretty much a comparison review)

Pros;
+ Plenty of desserts to choose from
+ Plenty of seating available
+ Cosy environment
+ Friendly staff

Cons;

- The quality of the desserts are nothing in comparison to the ones you get in Turkey, it's like a joke.
- Outdated menus (some of the items listed are not available or changed)

Amazing place to get a cup of Turkish coffee with Lokum (Turkish delight). Good location and big windows give you amazing view on busy Piccadilly. Friendly and welcoming staff make visiting even more enjoyable.

I don't usually go for Turkish food but here we are, after a night at the movies we picked this cafe as they have a Tastecard offer for buy 1 get 1 free on food, which we used on our savoury food.

The counter display is quite pretty and they have ice cream, chocolate and cakes, which should delight anyone with a sweet tooth! They have chocolate samples at the counter which we took too much advantage of so when we sat down to order I couldn't bear to order any more cakes or sweet things.

I opted for the chilled Turkish coffee (with hints of chocolate) and Wendy L opted for Salep. We then ordered the beef and cheese quiche with potato and cheese borekitas. The Salep was really good with cinnamon sprinkled on top. It reminds me of Chai Tea latte from starbucks, except the consistency of the drink has been thickened with the salep flour. Turkish coffee was ok but I was not sure about the film of chocolate on the top with some sort of mousse consistency. It was not something that I would order again.

The quiche was really nice, although it was pretty obvious that it's something just reheated. The borekitas were a disaster. It was hard inside and it felt like the potato got mashed together into a solid lump so the taste was horrendous. I wanted to give up after eating half of one.

Whilst our order was delivered the waitress gave to us two macarons and before we could query whether these were complimentary, she dashed off. Later on in our meal she came back, said sorry wrong order, and promptly took them away again. I tried to scout with an eagle eye whether she put the macarons back onto the general pile of availability and it might have been....disgusting. We could have licked these...And what would they have done if I decided to eat these? Would they charge?

Service was terrible although they tried to redeem themselves at times. One of the waitress was obviously in training after looking at her tag, she had a dismissive attitude when we were not ready to order and when my friend tried to use the toilet downstairs she shouted at her not to go downstairs the toilets were being cleaned! Another waitress helpfully suggested that we use the disabled WC on this level.

We asked the waitress for a bill, got completely ignored after that for 10 minutes while we waited impatiently. I was watching the same waitress I spoke to before ignore the bill and went about cleaning tables for close of business. The gentleman at the counter eventually gave us the bill but told us to pay at the cashier.

Overall, the food is not that amazing. I liked the salep only and might come back only to drink that, takeaway if possible please. Service is atrocious.

I visited kahve dunyasi and forgot to mention that I wanted to have my coffee with almond milk as always as I am lactose intolerant. However when I asked to exchange, I was told that I had to pay for it.
This was my last visit.

Horrible service! doing everything to make your stay as short as possible! I went to the loo, came back and found that they took my drink that I did not finish! I was there for less than 30 min! Just wanted to have saleb and read an article before going shopping...also I heard them saying to a customer next to me to order or to leave!

Great staff. Great stop from touring and shopping right next to Waterstones book shop. The ice cream are lovely, delicious carrot cake. They also do decaf tea which is hard to find. They do classic british afternoon tea with scones and pots of tea. They also do club Sandwich etc. Great place for coffee lovers. Nice relaxing atmosphere. Clean toilets available downstairs.

Dining experience is not just about food but also about customer service. While the place serves decent food, customer service definitely needs some improvement.

The waiter serving us was quite in a hurry and made us order everything at one go saying that they are closing and it is the last order (happened at 2130 hrs). Later on when we spoke to floor manager, we found that the last order time was 2200 hrs. Also when we requested for the bill, we had to wait for 15+ mins to get it.

Even after providing this feedback to floor manager, we didn't get any assurance that this won't happen again.

Advice to all - do ask for water as soon as you are seated as they might take some time to bring it and restrain yourself from ordering turkish coffee.

Very nice and tasty desserts, but they loose all the punctuation due to the staff. We arrived an hour before they close, as soo as we come in, same with costumers after us, you could see staff looking at their watches and unfriendly faces receiving costumers, we lost a bank card that day and I have been trying to call them to ask whether they found something as it was the last place we used it. 3 to 4 phone calls every day and no one picks up the phone. Absolutely unhelpful, bad management and unmotivated staff. Only giving extra star for good food.

Service is slow, is overpriced, drinks come way before than the food and despite including you service charge in the bill they dont bring you the change back.

This is one of the places to go if you want a great desert! Had the 'Mosaic Cake' (that's the name on their website but I thought I remembered it being called 'Biscuit Cake' in the store though) and it was delicious! Great consistency, chocolate in it was great, not too sweet, unfortunately no pistachios on it at the time though =( and the Original Homemade Lemonade tasted great and was so refreshing. The waiters who served us were pleasant.

During my recent visit to London, we discovered this great cafe on Piccadilly few minutes walk from Piccadilly circus. The fondue was delicious and chocolate was to die for. The staff were friendly and helpful as we asked what the name 'Kahve Dunyasi" means, Coffee World was the polite answer. The coffee which was apparently from Turkey was Yummy. I would recommend others to try this place as we enjoyed it.
