Lovely coffee, good service & spectacular chocolates.
Nice place. More healthy options needed. Removing sugar and putting honey is good more to follow
Very busy bit poor service and over price. Above all in the menu under tea, there was only tea bag. We thought it being turkish it should have real turkish tea but it didn't
Chocolate fondue was great, and the beef sandwich was nice, though there was a LOT of mustard. Overpowered everything else. Was expensive but very good quality and I'd recommend.
One of my favourite spots for a great coffee in Central!
Fantastic service, the staff was helpful and attentive, the food was excellent.
A great place for afternoon tea
Looks great, taste is average. Food and drinks are not worth the steep price. This is most likely due to the area.
Friendly, family friendly, great coffee, a welcome break in London
I would definitely recommend this place as a superior alternative to Costa and other chains. The sandwiches are more flavourful and varied with freshly baked breads, whilst the vast coffee selection is intriguing. The staff are welcoming and attentive, sometimes adding their 'favourite' sweets on the side of your lunch in a gesture of good will. I would recommend the 'Hot Mozza' and try the Turkish coffee for a change from the usual milky brew. Just do not expect large mugs - authentic Turkish coffee is about flavour, not size!
Great ambiance and service. Excellent brew! Love the Turkish coffee. Wide range of bakes and pastries.
I am a real coffee addict. Have tried lots of places in London. If you like dark coffee Turkish coffee is the best one. But Turkish coffee they have is not the best in the town for sure, but it is still good. For those who are going to try for the first time, it is not a bad start. Haven't tried ice cream but two of my friends - who are pretty selective about food and drinks - they loved the ice cream. Next time will try.
friends, there is no such thing as turmeric latte do not drink like lentil soup
Service is very slow for the dinning area. The chocolate is premium, very delicious!
If you're looking for cheap chocolate this isn't the place to come. From my experience it's worth it though.
A branch of a Turkish cafe
All food is halal
Verity of cold and hot beverages, macaroons, chocolate, Turkish ice-cream etc
Really Amazing Coffee, Chocolates and Desserts. This is a must go. Really excellent service and plenty of space. This is one of my favourite places in London. Wish they had many more branches.
I have been this coffee shop twice as I love the products of this brand. however, in both times, I asked the staffs to show me a place to pray just for 5 min. They replied me with a dull 'NO', they do not even try to arrange a place which is a shame!
Mouthwatering ice cream and the decoration is beautiful besides its location in the heart of central London
Nice food and good atmosphere. I believe their chicken and lamb is Halaal
Brilliant Turkish coffee . Don't miss it. Try their iced Turkish coffee.
Shockingly bad service, we were waiting for 20 minutes after sitting down, no one came to take order, the waitress walked by us twice, but she didn't even look at us once. So we walked out, wouldn't recommend.
Very disappointed with the chocolate muffin, old and dry
cappuccino was cold
Friendly and attentive staff, spacious restaurant / cafe and excellent selection of desserts and drinks
A great Turkish coffee shop offering a number of desserts and some Turkish pastries, a unique experience and outstanding customer service
This place has some of the best chocolates in the whole of London. It's a nice little place for afternoon tea or even a small bite. Be sure to try their cakes, their brownies are to die for
I loved it .. Super good, hearty, nice presentation and a very nice server. I recommend
We had to wait half an hour to sit down. The staff was very rude and not friendly at all. They had a face like we came to eat and drink for free. Music was soooo loud, we couldn't hear each other. Coffee and desserts were ok, so I don't think it matches their high prices. Never again, better will spend my money somewhere else, where you can get better customer service with better food.
Amazing place to sit down with lovely special cakes and coffee
Best profiterole I've ever had, anything else I've had is also excellent (ice cream & the hot chocolate for instance).
It's good factory, but we need a lot of stores in UK as same as in Turkey..
Wonderful atmosphere. Smiling waiters/waitresses, beautiful food and Turkish coffee
Good coffee with cake for, especially considering the location, a good price.
Very nice and cosy place. Caramel Machiato was very nice! Tasty cakes, huge chocolate selection. You must try their tasty ice creams. Good service and lovely staff. Will visit again
Lovely Turkish coffee. The service here was brilliant and staff were attentive.
Met up with a friend and spent a good few hours relaxing here. This is a great place for any coffee or chocolate lover, although there are alternatives. After having a frozen mocha that was served with plenty of chocolate sauce and cream, I opted to switch to the frozen mint and lemon drink and later had a couple of scones. Everything was tasty and good quality, although nobody could accuse anything of being under-priced. The staff were attentive and friendly and I definitely plan to return here for a relaxed bit of down time when in the city centre.
Slow inattentive staff (15 mins to get bill after we finished eating) and v.high prices. Coffee was good
We sat pleasantly over a cup of tea and delicious chocolate truffle. The staff is friendly.
Piccadilly Circusta is a very successful venue in the London center. Everything in the shops in Turkey also available here.
This is an excellent cafe. The special hot chocolate was amazing. The biscuit cake was absolutely heavenly. The profiterole is to die for. To top this off, the service was excellent, would give it 7 stars if I could
Beautiful cakes & decadent chocolates make this place worth a visit if you ever need a caffeine and chocolate fix while out in the West End.
Waiting to be seated can be a little chaotic, the narrow aisle serves as entrance, exit, & service gallery; with people trying to move in all directions some appear to cut in wherever they please. Paying can also be a bit of a scrum & it feels strange to have to fight to handover your money. Similarly, with apparently only one WC you better hope your coffee doesn't go cold while you're waiting.
Once seated though, the Turkish coffee & range of decent desserts certainly hit the spot.
Overall the 3.6* this place has is probably right (I'd give it 3.5 if I could!) But I've given 4* because it's the desserts are so pretty & their coffee & desserts are excellent.
Great coffee. Excellent selection of desserts. A bit touristy.
Always a destination for me when in the West end. Great coffee and even greater cakes and chocolate. A dont miss venue !
Looks good for a wide variety of sweets and Turkish treats, but service is really slow and coffee of average quality is priced well over London norms.
Very quiet, despite being on Piccadilly. Friendly staff, and reasonably priced.
We stumbled across this place looking for a coffee. I loved the authentic feel and interesting selection of coffees. But the thing which made it stand out was their white hot chocolate...this was seriously one of the best things I have ever tasted! I've never had a satisfactory one before, but theirs is a little taste of heaven.
Good Turkish coffee, and an incredible selection and quality of chocolates
This place is so worth the price!! Kind staff, amazing place for chocolate lovers . Also the only place I could find Venezuelan chocolate
They have the best cakes ever.
But the coffee not so much and the prices high
Expensive two pills, but it deserves
Whoever visits London must pass by
Great selection of cakes and confectionary, and the best thing is the coffee!
Quiet place, welcoming staff, great location.
Wifi sometimes works, sometimes not. (only flaw)
For any questions they are very available.
Turkish coffee is excellent.
If you are near Piccadilly Circus and want to take a break .. I recommend it!
The average quality as in Turkey, but some things are priced relatively high compared to other Coffee in London, but very central place.
People so nice friendly, food is amazing and worth a price. I recommend everyone and I will come back there for sure
Great service. Also some of the best chocolate I've tasted..
a little pricey, but one of the only places I can think to go to get a Turkish coffee. they had good Turkish delights too
Nice sandwiches and waffles don t miss it the local milk chocolate test really nice.
The Turkish coffee was good, but the store was too hot. Please turn down the heating!
Tons of chocolate and some nice coffee. The Turkish one is highly recommended.
Fortunate to have used one in Istanbul. This one in Piccadilly does its very best to show both the range of Turkish cakes & desserts with a wide range of teas & coffees sourced from around the World. Portions of cake are generous and very filling. For a warming Winter drink try the Sahlep with a generous sprinkling of cinnamon. Service is attentive and prompt. Don't be discouraged if at the entrance it seems full, the seating area opens out behind the adjacent shop. Take some chocolate teaspoons home as a gift.
I ve been coming here for several years now and have always been impressed with the quality of the coffee, cakes and chocolates etc. Yesterday however I was disappointed that my husband and I were served 2 radically different drinks despite both ordering mochas. I got given a cappuccino and my husband some random drink. Pointed this out to the staff member on duty who was very defensive and quite rude. Sadly I don t think I ll be returning anymore. There s plenty of places to have coffee in this area.
Lovely Turkish cafe along Piccadilly. Wide range of savoury foods such as Borak & delicious looking cakes & chocolate pots! They also do many ice-cream dishes. Turkish & many other choices of fresh coffees! Has a shop section selling chocolates, slabs of different chocolate & Turkish ground coffee. Yum!
One must-go place in london, try the traditional Turkish coffee. Its not for the weak, but u must!
Little turkey in the heart of London. Quality coffees and teas. Hot chocolate is bitter as made of pure cocoa. Lovely packed gifts of great quality. Cakes are .
I like this place but i give 1 star because of i want
