I would definitely recommend this place as a superior alternative to Costa and other chains. The sandwiches are more flavourful and varied with freshly baked breads, whilst the vast coffee selection is intriguing. The staff are welcoming and attentive, sometimes adding their 'favourite' sweets on the side of your lunch in a gesture of good will. I would recommend the 'Hot Mozza' and try the Turkish coffee for a change from the usual milky brew. Just do not expect large mugs - authentic Turkish coffee is about flavour, not size!

I am a real coffee addict. Have tried lots of places in London. If you like dark coffee Turkish coffee is the best one. But Turkish coffee they have is not the best in the town for sure, but it is still good. For those who are going to try for the first time, it is not a bad start. Haven't tried ice cream but two of my friends - who are pretty selective about food and drinks - they loved the ice cream. Next time will try.

Really Amazing Coffee, Chocolates and Desserts. This is a must go. Really excellent service and plenty of space. This is one of my favourite places in London. Wish they had many more branches.

I have been this coffee shop twice as I love the products of this brand. however, in both times, I asked the staffs to show me a place to pray just for 5 min. They replied me with a dull 'NO', they do not even try to arrange a place which is a shame!

Shockingly bad service, we were waiting for 20 minutes after sitting down, no one came to take order, the waitress walked by us twice, but she didn't even look at us once. So we walked out, wouldn't recommend.

We had to wait half an hour to sit down. The staff was very rude and not friendly at all. They had a face like we came to eat and drink for free. Music was soooo loud, we couldn't hear each other. Coffee and desserts were ok, so I don't think it matches their high prices. Never again, better will spend my money somewhere else, where you can get better customer service with better food.

Met up with a friend and spent a good few hours relaxing here. This is a great place for any coffee or chocolate lover, although there are alternatives. After having a frozen mocha that was served with plenty of chocolate sauce and cream, I opted to switch to the frozen mint and lemon drink and later had a couple of scones. Everything was tasty and good quality, although nobody could accuse anything of being under-priced. The staff were attentive and friendly and I definitely plan to return here for a relaxed bit of down time when in the city centre.

This is an excellent cafe. The special hot chocolate was amazing. The biscuit cake was absolutely heavenly. The profiterole is to die for. To top this off, the service was excellent, would give it 7 stars if I could

Beautiful cakes & decadent chocolates make this place worth a visit if you ever need a caffeine and chocolate fix while out in the West End.
Waiting to be seated can be a little chaotic, the narrow aisle serves as entrance, exit, & service gallery; with people trying to move in all directions some appear to cut in wherever they please. Paying can also be a bit of a scrum & it feels strange to have to fight to handover your money. Similarly, with apparently only one WC you better hope your coffee doesn't go cold while you're waiting.
Once seated though, the Turkish coffee & range of decent desserts certainly hit the spot.
Overall the 3.6* this place has is probably right (I'd give it 3.5 if I could!) But I've given 4* because it's the desserts are so pretty & their coffee & desserts are excellent.

We stumbled across this place looking for a coffee. I loved the authentic feel and interesting selection of coffees. But the thing which made it stand out was their white hot chocolate...this was seriously one of the best things I have ever tasted! I've never had a satisfactory one before, but theirs is a little taste of heaven.

Quiet place, welcoming staff, great location.
Wifi sometimes works, sometimes not. (only flaw)
For any questions they are very available.
Turkish coffee is excellent.
If you are near Piccadilly Circus and want to take a break .. I recommend it!

Fortunate to have used one in Istanbul. This one in Piccadilly does its very best to show both the range of Turkish cakes & desserts with a wide range of teas & coffees sourced from around the World. Portions of cake are generous and very filling. For a warming Winter drink try the Sahlep with a generous sprinkling of cinnamon. Service is attentive and prompt. Don't be discouraged if at the entrance it seems full, the seating area opens out behind the adjacent shop. Take some chocolate teaspoons home as a gift.

I ve been coming here for several years now and have always been impressed with the quality of the coffee, cakes and chocolates etc. Yesterday however I was disappointed that my husband and I were served 2 radically different drinks despite both ordering mochas. I got given a cappuccino and my husband some random drink. Pointed this out to the staff member on duty who was very defensive and quite rude. Sadly I don t think I ll be returning anymore. There s plenty of places to have coffee in this area.

Lovely Turkish cafe along Piccadilly. Wide range of savoury foods such as Borak & delicious looking cakes & chocolate pots! They also do many ice-cream dishes. Turkish & many other choices of fresh coffees! Has a shop section selling chocolates, slabs of different chocolate & Turkish ground coffee. Yum!
