Small trucking companies live or die by their employees and service levels. These people do go above and beyond to get the job done. The pay and incentives are great, they keep me busy and profitable as an independent contractor, and I feel like they actually care about me as a person, rather than a number.
Professional staff who goes above and beyond to help their customers which is much appreciated.
Very disrespectful safety dept, glad I don't work here. Says alot about a company when employees talk down to outside contractors.
