Always helpful and knowledgeable. Even though I live an hour away, I always come to this shop. Worth the drive!
Went on a scuba diving trip to Roatan with UA. I had a spectral time and awesome vacation!! Mark did a great job of making sure everyone was ready before each dive. Was a great leader in the water. Showing and teaching each person on what they can do to make there dive easier and better. He was thoughtful enough to take some time out to help me to wards achieving an advance dive. I felt really comfortable and look forward to traveling with them again!!
No matter where you are in the world, if something happens, they know what to do. Cut myself muck diving. Every next stop along the way, there was someone offering antibiotic ointment and bandages.as we got off the boat, plane or van.

Blows Seven Seas out of the water (pun intended). I didn't know this place was as good as it was until today. I got my gear from a friend, but he kept his weights, bag, etc... I went by today and was getting my gear ready for my certification dive (only having completed the PADI eLearning course). I wasn't played any games with, was treated with respect and not as an ignorant child, and had a friendly conversation with Mark and Suzanne. They offered further help at any time, and while people offer all the time, they were really sincere about it. Because of this, I'm never going to another dive shop (if possible) again. These guys are great. I've met them once, and I feel like a friend of the business.
Best in the Biz. Mark Smith and Suzanne are great instructors and very stand up people. Whether you are just getting started or need equipment, Underwater Adventures is the place to go.
I received my open water certification through UA in the fall of 2012. They are an excellent shop. Being taught by the instructors there was a great experience and one that I would highly recommend. The staff is intelligent, experienced and friendly. I'll be going back for additional instruction soon.
Outstanding instruction from detailed instructors. They really care that you learn completely, and have fun as well. Highly recommend!
Scuba training was truly a wonderful experience at UA. The staff and instructors genuinely care about you. They are not out to sell you a bunch of stuff and send you on your way. They are hands on and want you to learn in a safe manner.
