This is the worse company you can ever work for, the management staff is very poor, patients and staff are poorly treated , they would schedule two employees to the same house over and over and one person will have to drive back home. they get 20 workers a week and 18 will quit. I have had to quit twice and I worked more than a year. This company should be closed down.
Awful. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! I gave my 2 week notice when I found a better job..I never heard back from the scheduler Jenna, I was not scheduled so I decided to quit and start my new job sooner. When I drove 30 minutes to get my final check I was disappointed to find out that it didn t include $580.00 they owed me, mileage or cellphone reimbursement as promised yet they took out $370.00 for my training! I was appalled! I had to argue with them and drive there to pick up the rest of what they owed me. They had no valid excuse. This company is awful I can t imagine how often they do this to their poor clients if this is how they treat their employees! Go elsewhere there are so many other options.
This was and still is my first job out of Highschool, I have learned far more about working with others than I think I could anywhere else.

This company works well with children and does great work. However, everyone I have talked to who works with the adult clients hate this company and have said that this is a very toxic place to work. The staff is undertrained, overworked, and underpaid. There are plenty of great case management companies out there, don't choose this one.
Great place to work. I started as a direct care staff and have had several promotions and now serve as a Program Coordinator for Supported Living.
I believe this company has the highest of values. They care deeply about every client they serve. These clients need guidance, nurturing, and love; I ve seen the staff at work with your family members and it is happening! The staff are truly amazing! I highly recommend this company!

A&R bribed their employees to write good reviews by promising a $5 Dutch Bros. gift card. Didn t even receive mine lol.
My son had been with A&R for 6-7 years. The program management was very good in the beginning but has declined tremendously in the last couple of years. A&R has now dropped my son as a client because of mental health issues. Just beware that they can drop your loved one as a client, even if the issues are due to their poor management.

I love A&R Case Management! I have gained so much knowledge and understanding of the D.D. field while being employed here and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. A&R has opened many doors for me in my professional career and I know they truly love seeing their team members succeed.
As an employee with years of experience in the field, this place is a breath of fresh air. It has a wonderful team mentality and the company really cares about the staff and clients.

They generally don't care about the clients health and safety. If you work for them they'll try their best to swindle you out of any benifits or overtime pay you earned.
I worked there for a nearly a year and a half. Lots of grouchy people are in charge. They do not value their employees. There is favoritism. WAY to much paperwork that is not required by the state. Great center, but that is not enough!
I called A&R on the recommendation of my clinician at the Idaho Department of Behavioral Health in an attempt to obtain a CBRS for my daughter. After being passed from one phone to the next three times, I was simply given a number to call without any explanation of who I was calling or why. This was a very disappointing first, and last, impression.
I have worked with A&R twice now. Back in 2013 and 14. And present. They are easy to get along with and flexible hours. Client are taken care of as well.
My son couldn't be without the services of a&r services. It is essesntial!!
Poor communication skills, high turnover of household staff, incompetent workers and did I mention poor communication? They backed me into a corner and manipulated my son & me into relinquishing my status as my son's payee.

Too many politics and a lot of favoritism.
The head of houses are extremely unprofessional and rarely answer your calls when help is needed.
Also, if they want you fired, they WILL make things up to get you out of there as fast as they can.
I DO NOT recommend working for this company, at all.
I love all aspects of A&R from the owners, managers, support staff, and the direct care staff. We have good people who care for each and every client we serve.
